I am a new patient at 12 Street Dental. I was impressed by the kindness of all the staff. I am very frightened by new Dentists and I was warmly treated with compassion. I am looking forward to hearing what can be done for me.. Jodie Kaiser.

I am very happy to report my first-time visit to 12th Street Dental Office surpassed all my expectations! Their office is a very comfortable, lovely building and will immediately put you at ease. The staff is very friendly and attentive to any questions, comments or concerns you may have. They are equipped with the latest in high-tech equipment. Nothing to be afraid of here!
My dentist, Dr Bouquet, was very informative regarding all procedures. He provided near real-time explanations to me in plain English. After the exam, he immediately gave me a thorough review of his findings and presented my options to me. I always felt completely informed and "in the loop".

Dr Becker has been my dentist for several years now and I highly recommend him and his staff. The ladies in the office are always happy to help sort out all my crazy insurance questions and they are professional, timely and make you feel appreciated.

Dr Becker and his office is my third dentist since moving to Rochester ten years ago and he and his staff far surpass the others. His work his thorough and pain free. Highly recommend that check into becoming a patient.

My family has been using 12th Street Dental Office since Dr. Bouquet started the practice. That's been over 40 years! All the staff are very friendly and attentive to the patient's needs. A bonus is they are in a convenient location with up close parking.

I have been with Dr. Becker for over 30 years. I don't even live in Rochester any more. It is worth our drive! Dr. Becker and his office staff have been great to work with over the years. From the very first dental appointment, to the emergency dental visits or to the routine care , we have never had a negative experience. Our family strongly recommends this dental office!

Excellent! Have been coming here for 3 years and never a problem! Late afternoon, evening appointments available. Have always been very flexible and work with my schedule. Great personnel all around from desk, billing, dental assistants and techs, plus have seen all 3 dentists.

I haven't been to the dentist in a long time I've been searching and could never find anybody that made me feel comfortable. The moment I walked into 12th Street dental from the receptionist all the way to Dr Beatty made me feel very much at ease. Definitely continuing my oral hygiene at 12th Street dental everybody is nice and explained everything to the last minute detail and also Tell me what my options were until I found what was right for me. I came upon 12th St. Dental due to a dental emergency. We do not live in Rochester so I went online in an attempt to find a quality dentist in the area. After experiencing tooth pain, a fever & other abnormal symptoms I knew I needed immediate assistance. The online reviews for 12th St. Dental office were very good so I decided to contact them. I am adding to the good reviews.
I was able to obtain a quick exam with Dr. Lindquist & dental assistant, Brook. I was quickly diagnosed with an abscessed tooth that was very infected. I was given an antibiotic & scheduled 2 days later for an extraction, as the tooth could not be saved. The tooth was removed with zero pain. Dr. Lindquist & dental assistant, Brook, are extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. They put me at ease as I am experiencing other medical issues that could have been complicated by an infected tooth.
Overall, my experience with the entire staff, including the office staff, could not have been better. Instead, of returning to my original dentist, I decided to schedule my check-up & cleaning with them. The difficult part for me is cost as I don’t have dental insurance. I believe their office is within the higher end of average cost, but for me, the emergency dental work was worth the $$$ I paid. My experience & the dental work were of the highest quality.

I made an appointment on Tuesday and need it for next day on Wednesday, the girl from front desk did her best to have me in on Wednesday by the afternoon. DR. Bernard Bouquet helped me to remove a wisdom tooth that it was getting really bad with pain and already chewing on my tissue and gum. His assistant was amazing, she kept holding my hands during the procedure as I was really nervous.

The procedure wasn't painful at all. The whole team did a great job, my first time trying a Dentist in Rochester and turns out they will be my forever dentist office. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for friendly, professional and acknowledged staff. Someone to who you can trust and will explain you everything you need to know.
