Not sure what to think. It is ran more like a place your going to buy something and they just want to keep upselling you. Anyways, I found it to be an expensive trip. I just think you shop around and compare. Just not sure what to think at the moment. Staff is always very polite and nice but when I saw Bill for a few minor things and then heard my friend was spending just 11 grand more to get all teeth pulled and implants then I realized I am way being over charged. So I think you should ask prices upon calling. This was too much.
I liked the place , the staff but disliked the pricing system.

7-6-21 Nice to see that Aspen is continuing to take Covid precautions when nearly no one else is. The Willmar office is top notch, personable and very much appreciated. 7-6-21 Second appt today for denture casting. Remarkable process, very skilled, scientific and reassuring. If the dentures fit and feel anything like the mock-up, the comfort level of the 'Comfylites' will be amazing. Can't wait. REALLY appreciate the coupon/discounts. 7-8-21. It would be a plus if Nitrous was an option. I react poorly (migraine) to loads of novacane for days and could do with less of it if gas were predominate in the treatment. Of course, would be willing to sign a consent/release.

They said they perscribed antibiotics. I gave the pharmacy info. for my pharmacy. Prescription never recieved by my pharmacy. Yet the dental office kept calling to discuss payment for upcomming appointments. Needed antibiotics before could go to next appointment . All they were concerned about wasthe mobey. I will find a dentist who cares about the patients needs and makes sure they receive thcare they beed. Way to greedy.

I thought the dental technician was harsh & made me feel like it was my fault she was hurting me. Also, dentist said he'd just pull all my teeth, (I have all but 3 back teeth) & give me 2 full dentures. Kinda ridiculous? I thought we were working to keep my teeth... They made me feel like dentures were the only answer & the sooner the better. If that's the case, they could've went about it in a more compassionate manner....

Dr Tao and the hygienist (im sorry I forgot her name) are amazing. The entire staff is. I've never had such a great experience at the dentist before. Kind, patient, and compassionate, especially with my tmj. Excellent.

Their service and staff were awesome! They were prompt and on time! I had an appointment later and I went in earlier and they got me in sooner than what I had scheduled for I really appreciated that! They have a very caring team at their Willmar office! I appreciate all your help and caring thank you very much!

I had an appointment on Monday at Aspen Dental in Wilmar, Mn. It's now Thursday and 3 phone calls and an unproductive trip to walmart pharmacy later and I still can't get my anti biotics. Aspen says they sent it and walmart says they don't have it. I feel as though that's between Aspen and Walmart to communicate amongst themselves and have the prescription ready for me to pick up in a timely matter. I shouldn't have had to call anybody at all. The staff at Aspen looked at me as though I'm a drug seeker solely based on my attire. I have no proof, seeing as it's a vibe I've learned to notice when people don't approve of my lifestyle. I was simply trying to get an estimate on pulling one bad tooth and get antibiotics for when it flares up, which I'm suprised it didn't after having them poke around in my mouth with that medieval torture device they use. People with tooth pain do not appreciate you stabbing them and scrapping at their bad teeth with a metal tooth pick, just for the record. I definitely will not be paying 300 dollars to get my bad tooth taken out by them when I can't even trust them to get a prescription to the pharmacy. 1 star and that goes to their dentist cause she was very professional.

I had to cancel an appointment due to surgery at Mayo. When I called to reschedule they got me in in 2 days. There service and professionalism is excellent. I couldn't be more satisfied.
