I have been petrified of the dentist for the last 5 years, long story short I’ve needed a root canal done for the past 3 years and have neglected it due to my anxiety and fear. The people at Woodbury Smiles have changed my whole outlook with the experience I had for my procedure. They kept me comfortable and did everything to make me as comfortable and stress free as possible. Thank you Woodbury Smiles! I am extremely thankful to not be too scared to go to the dentist and get the care I need! Would recommend to anyone looking for an amazing dentist! A bonus of it all is they 3D printed my crown in 12 minutes! No second appointment needed!

Dr. Ibraheem AL Khafia is an excellent dentist. He took the time to explain every procedure he was doing. No pain or problems with the dental procedure and temporary cap and he goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you understand what you should do with your teeth and mouth so you do not have future health risks. I found him to be very professional and truly caring about your oral health. Front desk is really very sweet.

Wish I could give more stars! Great place to go for dental work. Got two major surgeries done here and both went exceptionally well.

This is an excellent dental practice. As a first time client I was able to get an appointment very quickly for what turned out to be a cracked tooth that needed a crown. Dr. Wilkinson and the entire staff was very professional and concerned about my care and comfort. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and procedures that they share with you every step of the way. They accept dental plans (different than insurance) that greatly reduce the costs of procedures and the crown was made on site the same day eliminating the need for temporaries and follow-up appointments. I highly recommend Woodbury Smiles Dentristry.

I had three issues with my last appointment. I called the day after to speak with a manager. I was told that she was out of the office, but that she would return my call. This was last Thursday. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, maybe she was out of the office Friday too. I was gone over the weekend and Monday too, although they were unaware I was gone. Tuesday I was too tired to worry about it, so I called again on Wednesday since I hadn't heard back yet. I was told the manager was only there 1 or 2 days per week, but not today, and that she had been given the message. Today is Thursday evening, after business hours, and I have yet to receive a call. I would call that extremely unprofessional, and I have been the opposite. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service. The ONLY reason they get two stars is that although I had issues with my appointment, the staff were very hospitable.
The issues I had:
I told them at my second visit last week that I needed a refill on my prescription toothpaste. I have TERRIBLE anxiety and I was so distracted by that and the gum procedure that they did, that I forgot to ask again. I shouldn't have to ask twice, and I still have no toothpaste from them which isn't all that surprising if I can't even get a phone call.
I also opted for the gas (nitrous) which I had to pay for out of pocket as I have no insurance. Two separate times they asked if it was working and I told them no. They wanted to get started, which I did agree too, andI will not in the future. I asked after that to have it turned up again. I never felt any relaxing effect until the very end, and I paid a lot of money for it.
I noticed when I got home that I had small brown spots on my teeth near my gums on two teeth. I can't say either way if they were there before this visit, but I know they weren't there at my visit 6 months ago. I would expect them to bring it to my attention if they saw it, as that is their job. Otherwise, it was caused by their gum treatment. Either way, I can't even communicate with them because nobody will call me back!
