We’ve used OD for years, but I can’t say enough!! Was having severe TMJ pain, walked in without an appointment at 4:30, Dr. Mercier agreed to see me! Even better, Dr. Phillips, with her vast knowledge of TMJ & Botox, actually treated me & gave me some great info for additional treatment. Thank you all SO much!! You saved me today!

Was told to wait after the dentist saw me in the exam room and someone would be in to discuss the price of the crown. Waited, no one came to discuss. After waiting, was taken up front, was told amount due and I paid the bill. Was I to wait longer at the front desk to find out the price of crown? Or, was I forgotten and it was assumed someone came in to discuss price of crown.? Confused. Anxiety is high for me being in a dentist office, so the confusion increased the anxiety. It resulted in a full panic and I quickly left.

My experience was awesome! I was in so much fear of going to a dentist because of a bad experience. This was my first visit in 15 years. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in the door. Beautiful waiting area and I was called to the back within 5 minutes of waiting. I received a tour of the building and had a relaxing exam and X-rays. The view from the room was pleasantly adorable with breath taking view of a flower garden. The sweet hygienist made me very comfortable and the dentist was cheerful and hopeful that my smile will be beautiful after my treatment plan. I will recommend them to anybody who seeks a very professional dental experience.
