End of 2019 had two crowns installed and 1 filling on the right side of my mouth. after the work was completed I had 2 follow up visits scheduled and prior to the visits I explained to the Doctor that I had severe discomfort and paint when applying any type of pressure on that side and that it was overly sensitive to temperatures now vs. before and compared to the opposite side. During both of the follow up visits the doctor told me the bite just needed to be adjusted for the pressure pains but never addressed the sensitivity pains. 3 visits later neither issue was corrected and the Doctor didn't seem to take me serious about the issues I was having because of the procedures they conducted. Because of Covid 19 going rampant the following year I was never able to get anymore appointments scheduled and ended up just adjusting how I ate by only doing hard chews on my left side and keeping higher and lower temperature item on the left side. 2 years later I'm still doing the same thing. Only recently thought to post a public review so it could be used for them to improve if they haven't done so since.

Don't come here. I have been in horrible pain and they don't care. They won't do anything about it. The didn't give enough pain pills to stop the pain until the infection was gone and won't pull the tooth. They expect a person to live with terrible pain. Find another dentist.

After my recent appointment, I left feeling great about my dental options and my smile. The staff were so nice and assuring and the atmosphere was amazing. The waiting rooms in the back of the office were like small living rooms with large TVs and couches. Even the dental chairs have TVs. This was definitely unlike any dental visit I’ve ever had before. I look forward to my next appointment.

This company is a chain thus the service is subpar. The workers are nice but that's about it. Made a appointment for my wife for a cleaning. She went, but was told it was illegal for them to do a cleaning before an exam. I completely understand a check needs to happen, but illegal? Then they could not verify my insurance even though I gave them info weeks in advance. I called my insurance and verified in minutes. Then they told my wife to come back for a 2nd appointment on a different day and time for the cleaning. Gave her an estimate of $1100 since they could not verify my insurance. I am sure they do good teeth work, but the atmosphere they create feels transactional due to thier business model and being a chain. We went to a local family dentist and was such a difference. I was treated like a patient with no layers of B.S. And please do not respond to this asking for me to call any 866 or 800 number. Its just another transactional response.

The staff was incredible! They were so accommodating to my specific needs (of having to bring my 3 month old along on my visit) and during my x-rays and consultations basically baby sat for me. They were so sweet to me and my son, even when he was crying, and never made me feel bad or uncomfortable for having to bring him. I was in a lot of pain that day and they worked quickly to get me in and out while still giving me a thorough exam and making sure I understood everything they discovered and what actions I needed to make next. The Doctor had wonderful bedside manner and I would highly recommend this location to everyone.

I found the staff very friendly. But felt they tried to hard to win you over. At the end of my appointment I figured out why. I needed 5 teeth pulled and a upper denture. My pleasant experience ended with a 15,000 dollar quote. That’s right. 15,000 ! Needless to say I won’t be going back! Appalling

The staff were sweet, happy and pleasant. They took time to introduce themselves and explain their roles. I had a very minimal wait time. The office was clean and orderly. I’m too excited I have been successful in finding a new dentist for me and my four children! Thanks Aspen family for a great dental experience!

If I could give this place "Zero Stars," I would. I come into Aspen Dental office to get my front tooth fixed I had chip it at work, and I explained to them my problem. Shortly after, schedule my appointment I chip my tooth right before Christmas. Not being able to engage and smile on the holidays was a problem for me so I wanted my front tooth fixed immediately. When I got to Aspen Dental for my appointment after checking in, they called me back and X-ray all of my teeth took pictures of them. Then had me go inside another office across the hall, when the dental hygienist got there she use measurements to measure my teeth to see how healthy they where. Shortly after the dentist came in, doing the same thing measuring my teeth, but they was more concerned with my other teeth than my front tooth I wanted fix, the dentist walked in singing "Christmas songs" not taking me serious. So that's when I asked him was my front tooth was going to be fixed I wanted it done before Christmas. He told me, it would cost me up in the thousands to fix it, I told him that was unreasonable for one chip tooth, and told him I have done research and found cheaper prices. He should had told me what was my options for payment, like if I could finance. But instead told me my tooth was broke, and not chip that was not true. A broken tooth in your teeth gums will most likely be painful, a chip tooth is a break where there is no nerve meaning not really painful. Then, the dentist told me he could prep me to get a crown. I was wondering why I had to get prep its not like he was removing any teeth, he could had did the procedure and gave me finance options or something. I was not in any pain, so I told him yes it was chip and that I wasted my time and left with a sore mouth of Aspen Dental staff measuring and taking a thousand photos, because I told them I was aware of my other bad teeth but I only came in for one thing my front tooth that's it!!! Later on, that same day I was seen by another Dentist my local dentist and he put what he called a "composite," on my front tooth and fixed it for a few hundred dollars. So, don't waste your time with Aspen Dental unless you have good insurance, which still might not be enough with all the ridiculous high prices they have for their procedures.

I went to Aspen Dental on Friday to receive an emergency repair. I paid $55 for a temporary repair that was stated to last far beyond the three days that I needed it to last however the temporary repair only lasted 22 hours. I did not eat on the repair. I did not bother the repair the only thing I did was talk and brush my teeth and the repair fell out . the two stars are because the two dental hygienist that I had were amazing. They had the best personality. They were extremely helpful and they were extremely polite however the quality of service I received for the price that I paid was completely unacceptable. Unfortunately I do not recommend Aspen Dental to anyone at this time

I had a wonderful experience at Aspen Dental. It is very different from what I remember of my last visits to a dentist several years ago. They were extremely detailed in my dental review. I don't think I have ever had that many X-rays taken of my teeth. They were detailed in their plan for my treatment and answered all my questions. I look forward to continuing treatment. The Dentist and staff were excellent.
