The staff were very courteous and helpful to a new patient. The atmosphere is enjoyable. I was seeking a second opinion and found out I did not need a costly procedure advised by my dentist. We will be changing our Dentist to this clinic.

Very disappointed. We were hoping to find a good dentist near our home after moving to the area a few months ago. We asked the office to check and make sure that our insurance would cover the procedures for my wife and myself. We were informed that were covered. To our shock, we received a bill for over $400 and an explanation that the insurance refused to cover the treatment. We checked with our insurance and according to their records, there had been no charges submitted. We called the office back explaining the situation and found out that being out of network, our plan didn't cover the service. Question; why are we responsible for all of the expenses connected to this SNAFU? We had done our due diligence! Had we known we were not covered, we would not have had the cleanings and x-rays done.This might be a wonderful dentist, but we are very disappointed with how this was handled!

The folks at Forsyth Family Dental are friendly and professional. I cannot recommend this place enough! The front desk is great--if you need an urgent appointment, they will call you if someone cancels and there's an opening. Not to mention their dental work has helped me tremendously.

The staff here are so helpful and kind. They make you feel right at home. Considering I stress eat, have a performance based occupation, 2 little kids and a hard candy addiction, let's just say I'm wildly familiar with two things: the Tooth Fairy and Dental Offices. From start to finish, there's never an unwelcoming moment displayed by their staff or felt by your surroundings.
I would recommend and refer anyone and everyone to give FFD a try. You absolutely will not be let down.

Most people dislike going to the Dentist. I can honestly say I don’t mind. Whether I am in for a cleaning or something that needs fixing, I am never nervous or anxious. That’s because my Dentist and his entire crew are the nicest and gentlest people. They are up on the latest technology and are thorough in their exams, cleanings, and problem solving. They are The Best!
