I have never had problems with St. George Family Dental until yesterday. A week and a half ago I made an appointment to have a tooth pulled that was really bothering me (perviously I had been there and we agreed all my teeth needed to be pulled but this one had to go now). I stated on the phone with the receptionist " Im not sure if it is the top right last tooth (wisdom tooth) or the one before it". So during the time period between me making the appointment and the day of I figured out it was the tooth before. Before the dental assisstant put the numbing gel in my mouth I specifically told her wich tooth was bothering me (the one before the last one) and she said "ok". So Dr. St. George went ahead and pulled the tooth. The nurse had also stated many times she could not find any of my notes from the pervious appointment. When i get home i take a nap and when i wake up i pull the gauze out only to find they pulled the wrong tooth (they pulled my wisdom tooth). So i call and let them know and they are saying "Im sorry you think we pulled the wrong tooth, it is not our fault they both are infected so it had to go." So i asked them if they could correct their mistake and take out the right tooth because i didnt think it was fair to pay $193 to pull the wrong tooth. I understood they both had to go but youd think they would pull the one that was most bothering first. They said no its not our fault but we can make you another appointment to pull the other one but youll have to pay full price. So i proceeded to ask if i needed to get an attorney. They said we'll have the Doctor call you later. Later on today he calls and said his nurse says everything ive stated was contradictory to everything she said and i can no longer be a patient there. I do not recomend St. George Dental whatsoever. They lose your notes and they dont write everything down and they dont take responsability for their actions.

Because of my medical conditions I lost my beautiful smile. I started suffering from crippling depression. I stayed in my house because how embarrassed I was. When you walk in Beth is there to greet you with a smile and knows everything you need to know insurance wise! Gail & Heather are super friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. St. George is very friendly and welcoming. Truly enjoyed my visit today!
