Absolutely delightful and professional staff. Very modern facility with great insight from their team at every interaction. Highly recommend this place, they also did a fantastic job of hygiene procedures considering the current environment.

Great place! Everyone makes a point to introduce themselves and make you comfortable. They take their time and don't poke at your gums with their scraping tools like most other dentist office do. Highly recommend!

COVID ALERT: Normally I love this place. But today I was really upset. What upset me the most was being lied to three times. When I was met in the parking lot for them to take my temperature. The women had her nose exposed. I asked her to cover. Wasn't upset as I was outside. She assured me masks were worn at all times and apologized. Then when I came inside the receptionist wasn't covering her nose or mouth but had her mask at her chin. I started to get annoyed. I said I was going to step outside. And to make sure everyone actually had masks on. I waited a few minutes then she came to get me. Before the exam I was made to sign a consent form regarding covid. That every precaution was made, but if I contracted COVID it was on me... I looked up at the blonde woman and asked 'will masks be worn the whole time' she promised me they would. During the exam it was normal - a face shield was worn although didn't mask the space between us, more the air the the left and would protect someone if they were sitting next to me. Then at the end I stood at the aisle while the hygienist 'checked to see if everyone was wearing a mask' ....ummm they should have been the whole time... what you just wear them for appearances???? Then a blonde woman (receptionist or assistant up front) ran to the cabinet frantically to put on a mask. When I mentioned this to her when I checked out, visibly upset... she said thank you for the feedback... WTF>? FEEDBACK> I TOLD YOU I WAS PREGNANT WHEN I CAME HERE>... AND YOU ALL LIED TO ME MULTIPLE TIMES. THIS WAS STRIKE ONE AND TWO FOR ME.

Chipped a tooth on a kernal of popcorn and was able to get in and see Dr. Brent within a week. I knew a crown, my first, was the likely fix. I was not looking forward to a protracted two visit experience that involved a temporary crown while a permanent one was being made or fitted. That, I was told by friends and family, is how it goes and what i could expect.
Not the case at LifeSMile. After taking a seat and having several pix taken of my damaged tooth and the jagged remains of the 40+ year old lead filling that had been left behind, I was shown the pix, presented with a plan (and cost) and told that the doc could design, mill and place the porcelin crown in about 20 minutes. I was thrilled with the news and then the painless procedure. I was even invited to get up and walk around while the crown was being created.
I still scheduled a second visit, however, this one is for a check-up and cleaning.

I have been to this dentist office for years. In fact I went to the dentist who sold the practice to Dr.’ s Blake and Brent.
I anticipate traveling back to STL specifically to come to the dentist here.
Rachael could not be more helpful. The whole staff actually is too notch.

I had a problem that suddenly appeared. They worked me in to prevent the problem from possibly becoming a painful emergency.
Dr. Blake has been my dentist for several years. This visit, like my past visits, was completed quickly and efficiently.
