This office has so many issues. The Dr is the number one problem. Not only is he rude and hateful and expects the world but he will destroy your teeth. He started a root canal and did not finish because of our differences and now I have lost the tooth and it’s very unprofessional. This Dr and most of his staff are rude, stuck up and unprofessional I would NEVER refer anyone to this dysfunctional office.

Potential new patient: I called on Thursday for an early appointment Friday, explaining that I had dentist anxiety and a broken tooth. Arrived early for paperwork, only to listen to staff complain about not being able to keep good employees and the new assistant was late. Then listened to staff complain about new assistant until she arrived. Anxiety kicking in. Time for Xrays, staff talks around me, not to me. Took my xray protection off and left. Not a good start to the visit. No review available for the dentist, did not meet him. Staff is the first impression people make of the business and unfortunately this one was not good.

Dr Stites stated I need a crown - SIX rounds of numbing shots, and Three crowns later (on one tooth) Dr Stites finally agreed that I should have the tooth pulled ($150 @ another facility); but he'll Credir my the cost of the crown. NOW I've received a bill for $1400!

This company is making bank on Covid. Charging 10 dollars per patient for PPE is ridiculous. My wife and myself work in industries where Covid PPE is required an no way should this be on the customer to pay!!! Also, she scheduled an appointment that they didn’t even put in the books. I’d rather have my wife and my teeth rot then go back.
