Really love this place! I can always get an appointment and the staff is extremely friendly and personable. They always get my cleanings done super quickly so that I can get back to work on time. In addition, the dental hygienist is super informative and doesn't guilt me or pressure me to buy products she doesn't think I need. I also love the fact that they send you text and email appointment reminders; it is very convenient. Would definitely recommend!

I have experienced dental offices that would make up stuff just to perform procedures to get money. I then transferred and went to this dentist and was overly joyed with the great service, genuine need of care and professionalism. The staff are amazingly nice and Dr. Quinn is very professional and knows his work inside out. I appreciate going to an office where you don't feel cheated as the previous dental place I went to but this office I feel comfortable and know that I am treated right. This is a great dental office and I am glad I found them!

Dr Quinn has been my dentist twice. (And only because I had a change of insurance. During that time is was sorely missed. I saw several that were not near his caliber.) He really is a great dentist; very kind, knowledgeable; and above all skillful!

My daughter had an appointment on 8/8/19 and we were in a car wreck I called to let them know we wouldn’t make it, I was told he would not reschedule her appointment tried to say we canceled 5 other times which I know for a fact is a lie. He has done surgery on her and cleaned her teeth since she was 2 and this is how we were treated after we were in a car wreck. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED HIM.

He loves yelling at kids especially when there only 2 years old and don't know what's going on! he yelled at his nurses and screamed at my son to stop moving when he is 2 like I said he is very horrible my last visit he wouldn't even come in he made his nurse drop my 2 year old cause he said he cant deal with him that the caps will still fall off and if it wasn't illgeal to knock out the dentist I would of for how he treated my 2 year that day! I will never deal with him again that was my son last two times ever there again found someone better and Dillon caps isn't falling out anymore!!! doctor Quinn u just don't know how to do a 2 years mouth or a cap!!

Once Dr. Quinn postponed a flight to handle a difficult problem with my teeth. He came in to the office once on a weekend when my child had a severe toothache. Great service, genuine dedication. Hard to find dentists like that anymore.

Dentist I saw declined to discuss with me prior to oral surgery the issues that might arise, like leaving a hole in my sinus cavity that has caused me nothing but issues sence... To go with that. God forbid you may need to reschedule the phone staff in there office will act like your putting "them"out and if you can reschedule it will be a week or more before you will be able to see any one.. Hope your not in pain... Wish there were a lot more options here in Springfield.

Even though MEDICAID now covers dental in MO, this office does NOT accept adult Medicaid. ONLY children's. They also refuse to bill. All services paid for at time of treatment. Sorry to say, I'll be taking my teeth elsewhere.

I would leave zero stars if I could. I went to this guy ONCE, when I was 18, because I chipped a tooth at my sister's birthday party. I had NEVER had a cavity before that point, and somehow, he found several. He then proceeded to completely block my mouth and nose so that I couldn't breathe when he started drilling, and when I panicked and went to knock his hand away, he yelled at me.

On top of that, his repair work was shoddy. I had to have a root canal on the same tooth six months later because it wasn't repaired correctly.

We love Dr. Quinn but the receptionist was really rude and unprofessional when I know per HIPPA I need to sign a release of information to be sent to the orthodontist because neither office has one on file.
