Brewer Dental Center - West Clinic

My experience with Brewer started out really positive. The staff was friendly and helpful when it came to me having to get my wisdom teeth removed. Post procedure, I had infection after infection and every time they got me in right away to get it handled for free because that is their follow-up policy. I recently moved away from Billings and then began to have another infection. I called Brewer to find out if I needed to drive to Billings to get it looked at or if I should just get it treated in my current city. They proceeded to tell me “Your provider here says that you should just go see someone there and then give us a call and we will handle it”. Great! I was so happy because I was just recently kicked off my parents insurance.

Well, when all was said and done, Brewer refused to pay the bill. Claiming, “we have no idea who you talked to but we would never pay another provider for a follow up and we tell our patients to come to our office for check ups”. This definitely makes sense and I honestly was shocked when I was told to go elsewhere in the first place, but I wouldn’t have went somewhere different if I wasn’t advised to. I would have made the trip to Billings if I would have known that they weren’t going to pay the bill because now I am stuck with a $200 dentist bill. It took days for me to even get ahold of anyone to get an explanation as to why they recanted their original statement. I am just very disappointed in the handling of this whole situation and feel as if my best interest was not met.

Very friendly staff and great work done on my teeth every time. Dr. Clark's assistant Jess is so empathetic, friendly, and she always has a beautiful smile on her face. She has always made me feel like she really cares about my problems because she really does and she always does her best to make sure that my issues are resolved in the best , pain free way as possible. Working with Jess and Dr Clark has been a good experience and I highly recommended them. They are the best at what they do!!!!!

Brewer Dental staff are friendly, they always let me know and show me where I may be getting a cavity, wisdom teeth need of removing, or solution to any other type of discomfort in my mouth. At the end of my visit they send me home with floss picks, a new toothbrush, and a choice between a flower or a bottle of water. They have a kid friendly environment and make sure when a patients next appointment is. Dr. Homer and Brooke were wonderful when I needed my filling taken care of.

We were traveling when my husband lost a large portion of a tooth. They were able to get him in on short notice, the standard of care was great, and we were back on our way. Thank you!

My husband called Brewers Dental Center due to a bad toothache the last week of vacation. They didn't hesitant to get me in with Dr. Homer. We walked walked into a very nice waiting room and was greeted right away! The wait wasn't long at all. A very sweet lady took us to the exam room, did x rays. Dr Homer walked in and almost every tooth on the right top side of my mouth. I had to let them know I had Bells Palsy since January and I had a knot on my right cheek as well, but my family Dr. Thought it was either the Bells Palsy or infection in my.teeth and recommend seeing a dentist. My teeth started rotting, no matter how much I brushed or flossing! But it is pretty pricey to pull a tooth. Si I let it go and I have alot of them that the gums covered what was left of those teeth. We decided to go with dentures. The one where you have studs to lock them in.4 studs on top and 2 studs on bottom. So he pulled all my teeth on the right side and even called that night to check on me! We talked more and then we set up an appointment to check the healing. They started to do the mold. No who would have ever said that I have a SMALL MOUTH LOL🤣🤣!

I had a tooth break away from my denture. They not only got me an appt. at last minute. They coordinated with the lab to get the repair completed and get me on my way home which is a 4 1/2 hour drive. Huge thanks.

I love everything about Brewer Dental Center! The people at the front desk are so helpful and kind. The hygienists and assistants are so skilled at what they do. The dentists are committed to continually educating themselves and using current best practices. The whole office runs like a well oiled machine. It’s a treat for my kids and I to go to the dentist.

Dr. Wilde and his team at Brewer Dental are the best ever! I was terrified to go to the dentist but really needed help with an infection. I got an appointment the very same morning I called and was able to get the treatment I needed the same day. From the moment I walked, everyone at the office made me feel special, and Dr. Wilde took such good care of me. I am no longer afraid of the dentist and will never go anywhere else except Brewer Dental. Thank you so much!

I got in the chair and was a little nervous but all was well the dentist and everyone involved made me feel comfortable....hands down the best dental experience. This is where I'll be getting any work done. Love these guys!

I was impressed, the whole staff was friendly and professional. They solved my problem quickly and efficiently. I always hated to go to the dentist until going to bcc. But this was enjoyable Also Helen did a great job cleaning my teeth. I highly recommend
