This is the dentist office I will take my family to as long as their doors are open! I tell my friends, family, and anyone I meet looking for a dentist!
When people ask the BIG Question; WHY?
Why should I visit this particular dental office? That’s easy! They CARE about you like family! 💛 This is not a rabbit farm, like a lot of dental offices (I won’t use business names, but other Dentists are known to sell services you don’t need) This office also takes the time to put you at ease. They answer all of your questions with so much kindness & patience. I have a natural fear of dental work, since I have had braces twice. When they removed the glue used with Invisalign the dentist actually used little shots to be sure I wouldn’t feel pain. Thank you Dr. Dorrow, you’re Amazing! They have the most gentle, & sweet office staff. Not to mention highly skilled & personable Dental Hygienists!
They have a text service to help you remember appointments. They also made my daughter feel so at ease for her first cleaning, by giving her a ride in the chair and letting her see how the tools worked, they made it so fun! She thought she went to a carnival! I am thrilled with this Dental Office and will not ever leave their caring hands! If you’re new to Billings, or tired of being treated like you are just a number, Call them Today!

From the front desk to being escorted back to the treatment bay to being cared for by by Alex I was greeted by name, smiles & kind words. I was never left alone, someone always attentitively at my side, and was informed about each procedure & what to expect. My comfort level was initially & repeatedly assessed & adjustments made throughout. When I had questions they were answered fully & with respect. I experienced feeling seen, heard, & enjoyed.

When I needed after-hours care it was always available. My dental needs have been massive due to a systemic inflammatory infection that affected my jaw & all my teeth.

I have experienced so many negative, painful, financially exploitive dental experiences throughout my life that being cared for by Drs. Shaub & Dorow & their “crew” was literally life-changing & delightful!

Dr Thompson and her staff were amazing today. It was the first of a few appts to repair broken teeth from a bad fall. Her asst. Alex had me in stitches..he kept me busy while she worked on patients, he took my blood pressure... twice... and just made me feel super comfy and that's not easy to do this last month. I have the utmost respect for her and her new office! I didnt even feel the shot go in. ❤

Dr. Dorow performed a procedure on my front teeth today. I am very particular about my teeth, but I never worry when he is working on them. Dr. Dorow is a perfectionist...he really cares about how his work makes you feel and he wants it to look the best it can for you! I trust him and the entire staff to always do the right thing when it comes to my dental health. They are honest about what needs to be done and how to achieve a successful outcome. I cannot think of a better dental office and staff in Billings. They are simply the best!!

I love everyone at Shaub Family Dentistry. When I walk in the door, I am always greeted by name. They have the friendliest and most professional staff. Not many people can say they love going to the dentist, but I can because I know I am always getting top-notch care.

Shaub Family Dentistry is so personable. They truely treat you like family there. Everyone is so friendly and has smiles on their faces every visit. Not only are they friendly but they are very good at what they do. I have been a patient there for 35 years. I started with Dr. Dorow and when Dr. Shaub came on board I started seeing him. I have always received the best care. The hygienists and staff are all top notch. They truely care about their patients! I refer everyone looking for a dentist to them.

The staff at Shaub Family Dentistry is top notch. They are friendly, attentive to detail, and experts in their field. Colleen always is amazing and I feel like a million bucks when I leave her care.

Had a crown fall off. Called to see when I could get in for them to put it back on, and they said “how about right now!” They have great staff and Dr Thompson is the best! I wholeheartedly recommend them!

Going to the dentist can be an enjoyable experience. Everyone is so friendly; we laugh and chat the whole time and they all do an awesome job! They truly care about their patients and it shows. I give them 5 stars!!!
