Big Sky Dental Center

My family and I have been to Big Sky Dental for over a year and we absolutely love them (as much as you can love a dentist 😊). The quality of care and the staff go above and beyond!!! I have seen both Dr. McClung and Dr. Flechas and they are both amazing! Amanda the hygienist has been at all my appointments and she is wonderful! Thanks for always taking care of me and my family 😊

In right away... fast thorough exam 'showing me the results', cheapest price ever paid for a visit and exam! I was shocked and awed at the difference in better service AND for less money. I will be back. Thanks for a pleasant day at the dentist.

I've never been to a more pleasant medical office! Love their modern technology. Every person there makes you feel comfortable and makes sure you understand what your procedure will entail. I had a broken tooth, called them this morning and had it taken care of by afternoon! Couldn't ask for better service.

Outstanding. Everyone in the office was personable and professional. They took the time to show me all of my pictures/x-rays and explain everything they were seeing. Not once did I feel rushed. Each person gave me their complete attention. As if that wasn't enough, there were all sorts of little "extras" that were icing on the cake and made me feel really pampered. I have never really had a bad experience at the dentist, but these folks are above and beyond!

Shocked to find out they made me pay $400 out of pocket for my son’s teeth cleaning instead of estimating what insurance would not pay. They’ll charge you full amount at time of service to pay themselves on day one, then they will send you a check for whatever insurance pays them weeks later through US mail. Pure greed. It’s them and their money before patient care. I work too hard to have great insurance and then have to support them on top of it. Buyer beware! Never again.

Very quick to get an appointment and be seen, and very polite staff. However, be warned that this business charges SIGNIFICANTLY more than most places in the area, and charges you up front before submitting claims to insurance. It also took almost 2 months for them to submit my claims.
After insurance, I ended up paying over $400 out-of-pocket for two visits that would have been free if I had gone down the street. Hindsight is always 20/20, but $400 for an unexpected warm face towel and chocolate at the end of a visit seems a little steep.

I have been a patient at this clinic for five years. In that time, I have seen continuous improvements to customer service, technology, personnel and the 28 teeth in my mouth. They even give you your own personal chapstick to keep your lips comfy while the technicians work their magic. Sheila rocks and keeps the place running smoothly. Jesse and Joe are stellar dentists on the cutting edge of dentistry. Lee does an amazing job of cleaning my teeth twice/year and is a lot of fun to talk to. And when you're done, they bring you a hot washcloth to refresh with and a delicious chocolate. I have nothing but great things to say about Big Sky Dental Center! Neither will you.

Can't say enough good about the folks at Big Sky Dental Center. They take great care of our families teeth in a very friendly and caring atmosphere. Recently my Dad was is town and needed an emergency root canal. The got him in right away and treated him like a king! Thanks so much!

This isn't my first rodeo, and I just have to say, you need to visit Big Sky Dental. I saw Dr. Jesse McClung and never in my life has a dentist ever made me feel as if he were not in a hurry to get to the next patient. His stated objective was to make sure I had all the information I needed to make an intelligent decision about my dental health care. Really!! Dr. McClung's background and approach are REFRESHING! Make an appointment people. You won't regret it! I'm not saying Big Sky Dental is the least or most expensive in the Bozeman area. I think Dr. McClung said Big Sky Dental is at or a little below average. You get what you pay for! Friendly and efficient staff. Just do it!!

Dr. Flechas and staff have been just wonderful. My family cannot be more please with the care that we receive. Sheila is awsome and always remembers our names when we come in and willing to answer all of our questions. Staci explains each procedure to us that we can understand what is going on. We've never had such a good experience at the dentist as we do at Big Sky Dental Center and would highly recommend them to all of our friends.
