Very friendly atmosphere I came in for exam and to reset two loose crowns during the exam Dr. Moos discovered a broken filling and was able to repair the filling at the same time so I didn't have to come back, thanks Dr. Moos.

Took my son in for an exam. I asked the receptionist about getting an apointment to get an exam as i need multipul implants and possibly a top denture. The girl at the front was rude and short. Told ne they were booked atlest two weeks out for an exam. I have talked to other offices ant told tjem of the extencive work i was looking for and they were mire then happy to listent to what i had to say and encouraged me to books several apointments ahead of time to insure timly svs. Some even tell me that for something loke this they will me special arrangments for consecutive days. When i asked, this young lady smugly told me “ well i am nit going to book you more then two apointments and the seccond well be two weeks after the first “ she was very rude and inconsiderate that i can bearly talk.
I was referd by a friend but from what i hear Cory Seagar sold out to this new outfit and they are aperently so bussy that customer service dosent matter. To bad for them as i live right around the corner and was looking to spend $20,000.00 cash on rebuilding my mouth.

I scheduled two appointments together *months* in advance and they called the day before only one of the appointments to reschedule for another two months out because they 'were down one hygienist'. Why wait until the day before appointment to do this? It is frustrating and unorganized, I'll be going elsewhere.
