I was looking for a local dentist and booked an appointment when I received their flyer in the mail. My experience was excellent! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and they explain all procedures clearly. The office uses all the newest technology. Dr. Schwieterman listened carefully to my concerns and did a great job adjusting a crown that was bothering me. Very happy to have found my new dentist!

I've put off some very important work for almost 2 decades. Recently I had a terrible infection and decided it was time to stop being stubborn. My anxiety at any dentist office is incredible. Dr. Terry recently performed two different procedures on me. I had no pain, no anxiety, no judgement, and an overall experience that has changed my thoughts and erased my anxiety about going to a dentist in general. You will not find a more professional office and caring staff anywhere. I cannot speak highly enough of this practice. My sincere thanks to Dr. Terry, Dr. Hall, the incredible dental assistants, and additional support staff.

Since becoming a patient, Hays Dental Group has provided my family with the best dental experience ever. Every member of the staff is welcoming, helpful and talented. I am always greeted by name, I get reminder calls prior to my appointments, and I feel like I am part of a real community, not just a number. The office has excellent COVID safety protocols in place, and I feel they are taking our safety seriously. When I became a patient Dr. Hall worked closely with me to help me overcome a real aversion I had to dentistry. Together we succeeded in curing my dental phobia. It would be remiss of me not to mention the charity work Hays Dental does. Dr. Chris Hall and his team are knowledgeable, skilled, and compassionate and are clearly committed to providing the Gallatin Valley with the best in modern dentistry for years to come. This dental practice was great. I am on vacation and my tooth with a cap broke. They took me first thing in the morning and discussed possibilities with me. Extremely professional and nice. Wish I could take them back to Maryland.

Dr. Hall and his staff offer the highest level of dental care I have ever received. Dr. Hall is extremely skillful at all facets of dentistry and has an amazing staff. They genuinely care about their patients and maintain a standard of excellence through and through. Every visit I’ve had over 20 years has been exceptional.

My experience here was as delightful as a dentist visit could be! For real, though, Vanessa took awesome care of me and was so great throughout the entire experience :). This was my first visit to Hays, but I will definitely be returning!

Hays is very professional and super informative! Emma at the front desk is on it! She answered every question I had prior to visiting, also did really well with quotes. Dr. Danielle was really great as well and provided excellent service and will be taking out my wisdom teeth very soon. They make you so comfortable and relaxed in their office.

It was the most educational and detailed dentist appointment I've ever had. It is evident how passionate they are about patient care. It was the first time in my entire life that a dentist actually explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. Gum health, teeth and bone health to an oral cancer screening and everything in between. The Dental Assistant, Miranda, was amazing as well. She was very knowledgeable, passionate and friendly. She made me feel very comfortable right away. God bless them all :)
