They have always been great. On my last visit they were able to bump up my appointment which meant they were able to also get my son in last minute. Everyone is very friendly and great to talk to. Lauren at the front desk was especially helpful.

I haven’t seen a dentist in a handful of years and am struggling with a lot of decay. I was happy to be treated by an amazing hygienist, who had great conversation and was extremely nonjudgmental towards the state of my mouth. And the dentist was just as kind. Very professional and they both were understanding of my anxiety. Glad to have chose Silver Creek to come to after all these years of not having a dentist. Highly recommend.

New in town, I called several dentist offices looking for a dentist that could help me with a freshly broken crown. From the first phone call, Christy made me feel important. She was friendly, knowledgeable and energetic. I had a special Insurance related concern and she was able to put me at ease and with a limited schedule, was able to get me right in. After examining the x-ray and the tooth, Dr. Gunderson assured me that my case was not an emergency and he gave me options for care and enough information that I felt confident to choose my best course of action. From this very first visit I feel comfortable and confident to say that this is my new dentist office of choice. And look forward to becoming established.

So a co worker told me about this place sense we travel for work I needed a cleaning, so I booked asking how much it would be w/o insurance, told me around $285.. no problem. Get there and they said I need a deep scale cleaning.. for $1064! $266 per quadrant. I was taken back so I said I'll hold off on that.Then I needed two fillings=$420 I made the appointmentto get them done... during my first visit we talked about 1 bracket that had came off my permanent retainer that has been there 10 plus year's after he fixed my fillings he decided to fix the one bracket. I asked if I could wait until my next was so grateful he fixed it until I get to the front to find out I was charged $160! Just for thim to bond it back onto the old wire. Feeling super ripped off. had to pay $69 for the first visit plus $128 for x-rays if u pay cash you get a discount of 5%...The front desk made a joke and said that only $9 you can get a coffee with that smh. As if she kneew 5% was nothing I paid in advance a little in top of that! I was fine until I was charged for the retainers witch is in my bill but it was just one bracket. a joke. Then
