Poor Billing System Lack of Communication Unresponsive Dentist

When Dr. Hicks was running the practice it was fantastic but since Queen City has taken over no one can or will explain why there are changed on my account aftet their new billing system was implemented and switched it out of my name and into my daughter's but for some unknown reason they won't explain don't know if they can change it back so now we are paying the same bill twice. If you go here make sure you keep your receipt for every payment because they can't or won't explain it if there's a mistake. I have tried repeatedly to speak with the new dentist but with no response.
