Felton Dental Care - Dr. Brett R. Felton, DMD

I hadn't been to the dentist in two years and was pretty nervous getting back into it! The staff was more than helpful - from setting up an appointment and being able to go in at an earlier date than planned to the amenities in the waiting room (sparkling water, coffee, etc.) to both the dental hygienist and Dr. Felton taking the time to review my history and thoughtfully respond to my questions, I felt incredibly comfortable the entire time.

The only negative was the fact that payments are due up front and then billed to insurance (with insurance then reimbursing you, the patient). This is well posted on paperwork and signage and perhaps there is a payment plan option that I didn't ask about - so I may be mistaken here. However, I was not planning to pay that sum up front and I would have preferred a payment plan. I definitely recommend Dr. Felton's office for all dental needs!

Some of the best chair-side manner and care and attention I've ever experienced... and my own father is a life-long dentist held in very high regard in his area so my standards are quite high. :-)

Brett has a terrific, modern office and very professional staff to keep things running smoothly... yet at no time does it feel like you're being seen by a rush-in/rush-out practice (like so many that are managed by banks of rotating practitioners). It feels more like a family practice where everyone's needs are addressed with dedication and calm.

I would strongly recommend Dr. Felton for all your oral health needs.

Our whole family has been going to Dr. Felton's since he first came to Missoula. Brett is very professional and all the folks that work there are friendly and accommodating. I have to admit, going to the dentist is not one of my favorite things to do, but thank goodness for Brett and his team in making the trip as enjoyable as possible. Great folks and they really go out of their way to make you feel welcome!

I was very happy with my dental experience. I have a problem with Facial Pain due to nerve damage from trigeminal neuralgia problems.
Doctor Felton listened to my concerns and we decided to use nitrous oxide. He was careful, thoughtful, and used the upmost care. I recommend him.

Young Dr. Felton was a schoolmate of my step-son. Dr. Terry Zahn had taken care of me for years in a highly professional and competent fashion. When Dr. Felton succeeded Dr. Zahn, I hoped that I would receive the same quality of treatment. Dr. Felton has out-performed my expectations. Any concerns or biases I might have entertained about Dr. Felton's youth or shortage of experience have all been allayed. Instead, as is often the case these days, I believe his age has greatly assisted him keeping up with the technology which has become such an integral part of today's dentistry.
Dr. Felton was a great Little League player -- but is an even better dentist. I look forward to having him care for me for many years to come.
