I have been going to The Western Family Dental clinic for close to a decade and I have never been anything but happy. Great staff. I moved to Missoula almost 7 years ago and I like them so much I am still doing the 100 mile round trip to have my teeth done. That should say it all!

I had fillings break in two different teeth ( dental work from a different dentist) and put off going in for almost a year, finally when I had a massive infection causing severe pain in my teeth, jaw and behind my eye did I call to see if they were able to do a emergency visit. They were when all other dentist I had called had a six month waiting list, the front desk ladies were phenomenal with helping me with my insurance since I'm unfamiliar with using it. Turns out I needed a root canal and caps on tooth 5 and 30 when I thought for sure I had to have my teeth pulled. They scheduled my appointment in a timely manner, submitted a pre-approval with my insurance to make sure I could afford what needed being done. Were beyond helpful with letting me know what to expect, helped me with my previous dentist not wanting to give up my x-rays. Imagine all the fear of dental work, everything thats horrendous with dentist, their offices, the staff, billing and insurance not wanting to pay..... then erase it all, put your mind to ease and go to this place! They take away all of the unknowns and truly want to help you and talk you through different options of whats best for you. Staff were friendly, helpful, and the cheesy jokes told by the dentist during the duration of my three hour visit really made for a wonderful experience. After a year of pain, tooth rot, infection, and funk I happily have pain free healthy teeth thanks to them.
