Capehart Family Dentistry - Bellevue

Even my 8 year old daughter absolutely loves going to this office! The entire staff is so polite, cordial, knowledgeable and helpful. The office is always meticulously clean and attended to, and runs like clockwork, and it sincerely seems that everyone loves working there as much as we all love going there.

Capehart Dentistry takes care of All my dental needs and Dr Dworak is the Best Dentist in the Bellevue/Plattsmouth/Omaha area in my opinion. All of the Staff, especially Toni go out of their way to make sure everything goes smoothly and you are 100% satisfied. I highly recommend Capehart Dentistry to everyone I know!!!!!

I declined to have a fluoride treatment during my routine cleaning. At which time my technician told me that my flouride treatment was covered by my insurance. So I proceed to allow the treatment since it was covered. After I got a bill, I went back in and was told that it was not covered and I have to pay for it. I do not appreciate lying just to get my money. If this is their idea of honest and upstanding business practices, I will be looking elsewhere for a reputable dentist.

The dentist was good but their billing practice seemed a bit careless in my experience. In two different visits they erroneously charged me with items that did not happen or told me would be free. For example, dentist said I don’t need composite filling ($20 extra), so he completes the filling but the bill later charged for composite filling. I still don’t know if I have composite filling or not.

On the other visit, when I got the bill, there were items on there they verbally told me would be free, but the bill mailed at home showed otherwise. When I called them to correct it they were adamant about the accuracy of the bill and I must pay. Only after refusing to pay did they talk to their dentist or technicians and they ended up waiving bill. Be mindful of what they tell you and the bill.

Don't be fooled by nice reviews.. This is how they got their positive reviews. They have raffle/sweepstake last year they had a kia soul and this year they have trips to Disney Land, I believe. Their entry rule you have to write a review about the practice. and let them know you actually did it. OF COURSE you will not write a negative review and ask them to enter your name. I took my kido there Dr. Dammast spent about 20 seconds cleaning and look at my kedo's month. However, The place is clean and most people are nice there. Hygienists do good job. but here is the thing. I don't care if they nice or not I care about their honest opinion and professional work. Instead of giving away a car they should just not let people do dental work more they have to. For instance if I need fillings don't try to persuade me to do a crown and so forth and so on.

My wife has anxiety about the dentist. They go out of their way to show you all around the clinic and make you as comfortable as possible. The rooms are nice and the technicians are knowledgeable and will explain as much or as little as you want.

They’re always so awesome!! Everyone is so friendly and the kids actually don’t mind going to the dentist because every single person here is amazing at putting their minds at ease!

Called this morning with a bad toothache. They got me in within an hour and a half! Fixed the problem quickly, and now, a few hours later, no more toothache!
The dentist was pleasant, and the experience was great. I recommend.

Friendly staff and welcoming setting with drinks and snacks. Always has giveaways to enter. Gives you a welcome bag and gives you a tour of the place. Never been at a dentist office to give you a tour which I initially thought was odd but it is nice.

i am very impressed with this place!! i love it, and i have never felt that way about a dental office before. everyone is SO nice and caring. Dr Dworak is great, the assistants and office staff are so friendly. i had to bring my 14month old son with me because i stay at home with him during the day and they didnt mind one bit, even if he would get fussy Melissa didnt mind at all & had no problem stopping so i could comfort him, even another assistant came in to rock him in his stroller :) . Melissa did my cleaning and she is extremely caring and nice, very knowlegable, and does a really great job. I will be going back to get some fillings, and im actually excited to get my teeth fixed up rather than dreading it. Being new to the area, if you are looking for a dentist, i HIGHLY recommend this place!!!
