Their staff was very supportive and they were very keen to utilize all the possible examinations. Though I was not comfortable in going for X-rays as it is not really necessary as my tooth is healthy, at the end of examination they themselves confirmed the same. Well, things were went wrong, when I check with my insurance. They said, I have to pay almost 70 percent of the payment, as the dentist consulted my case was not in their network. When I called and inform their insurance desk, they said it was your responsibility to check before. Well, in my case I haven’t choose the dentist, they confirmed that my insurance is in network. Post the conversation, the lady who took my call said, she will double check and confirm me back. It is been almost two weeks and no action or update from them yet. What I understood is that, they have availed all the possible examinations what was allowed for me for the year, hence I can’t go anywhere now. Being a new patient, it was a pathetic experience for me. So very careful with the Elkhorn branch.

From being able to been seen quickly to the professional and kind staff to Dr. Molettier's excellent chair side manner, this ranks as my most pleasant dental visit. Thanks for being clear with all the explanations of procedures and plans. Also, I'm still amazed that I never felt the needle! Great choice!

I do not like dentist, most places I’ve been to just do whatever without really listening to the patient. The staff and doctors here are super nice! And actually take a few mins to listen to you. I will be going back! Thank you guys! I feel 100 times better.

I have been going to Today's Dental in Elkhorn since I moved here from Chicago 2 years ago. I moved here and a week later had mouth pain. They got me in right away, as a new patient and took great care if me. They called to check up, got me back in right away and went above and beyond. I consistently go here for my cleanings and had a cavity filled. I never wait more than 10 minutes for my appointment and the staff is unbelievably friendly. Honestly, never a bad experience. I even had my parents switch dentists to go here! Thank you all for caring so much about your patients!

I’ve been going to this location for a few years now. All the staff including the ladies at the front desk and the hygienists are very friendly and accommodating. I see Dr. M and she is awesome! Very thorough and she always explains all procedures and treatment options. I also did Invisalign here and have been pleased with the process and results.

Would give no stars if there was an option!! This Dental office has the worst customer service I have ever experienced!! They are in the business of making money from "no show" and excessive dental fees. They overcharge insurance and demand upfront payments. Will not work with the patients on payment arrangements. I cancelled an appointment 3 days prior to the appointment date both by telephone and by text confirmation. The appointment was not cancelled and I was basically called a liar even though I have proof on my telephone of the call/text. They refuse to admit they made the mistake or remove the $50 no show fee. They obviously don't value their patients! The office Manager - Marlene basically refused to listen to me or review the evidence showing the appointment was cancelled 3 days prior. I caution anyone reading this review to look elsewhere for your dental needs! There are much better dental facilities in the Omaha/Elkhorn area that treat their customers with dedication and respect.
