Had a tooth removed, had to pay total balance before I left. Was sent an additional bill although I had to pay total before leaving and on top of that they did not even remove the whole tooth. I had to go to a proper dentist to have the remainder removed. 1/4 of my tooth left in my mouth and they tried to get more money out of me for work they did not even complete as they should have.

I had an amazingly positive experience with IV Sedation here at Floss Family Dental. I needed two silver amalgams replaced + a cavity filled. I opted for IV Sedation due to my extreme anxiety when it comes to getting the numbing shot and drilling. I was not "out" as much as I expected to be, but it was still a very positive experience. I was aware of most of what was going on. (Vs when I had my wisdom teeth out, I was completely unaware.)
Dr. McConnell did a great job on the fillings and with the sedation. Over an hour felt like a lot less, and I also didn't even feel the numbing shot! I do appreciate that he gave me breaks since I was still a bit anxious! If you're reading this, thanks so much! I do wish I was less nervous towards the beginning + end of the procedure, as there was really nothing to be so nervous about. However, I think this is the first ever truly positive dental filling experience I've had, and it will go a long way to helping with my fear.
He is also extremely fast and accurate with the fillings. I would recommend him to anyone! He answered all my questions and added a bit of humor to calm me down as well.
His assistant was extremely kind and comforting, and helped distract me by telling about herself and her family. I am sorry for not remembering her name, but she was amazing and one of the best assistants I've ever had!
IV Sedation at Floss Family Dental is very safe, you are in good hands with nothing to worry about, and they will answer all of your questions. You will also have your oxygen and blood pressure monitored for safety.

Wonderful experience as first time parents getting our baby’s lip and tongue tie corrected. They are so welcoming and kind. They explain every single step before they do it, they explain it more than once and make sure you’re okay with it and make sure you know what’s happening or going to happen. They check on you multiple times to make sure you’re doing okay. They are quick and efficient. Will give you personal phone number to contact if you have any concerns, at any time of day. After check up a week later they still insist on contacting them (even with personal phone number) if you ever have any concerns, even a few years down the road. They knew what they were doing, seemed really knowledgeable and well trained. Only other place I have seen with such good reviews is in Omaha, which was an hour farther away for us. And I love that especially with infants they try to get you in ASAP. The first place we called (in Omaha) couldn’t get us in for another week, and Floss got us in the NEXT DAY. With a baby with a lip/tongue tie it was important to get in ASAP as baby struggled to eat properly. So thankful for Floss Family Dental and Surgical Center!

I have been so impressed with all the staff at Floss. They have all been kind, warm, and welcoming. They are good communicators and are easy to work with. I recently had a tongue-tie release and was so pleased with both the experience itself and the success of the operation. Dr. Villafane and Kelly both helped make me feel comfortable when I was extremely anxious. They talked me through the procedure and what to expect as it was happening. Kelly often placed her hand on my hands or shoulder to reassure me during moments when I felt nervous or scared. I felt well cared for before, during, and after the surgery. They have made it easy to ask questions and contact them with concerns I may have had post-op. Thank you so much for all your help and care. I really appreciate it and I highly recommend this staff to others.

I hade very good experience at Floss Dental today. It was a pleasure to meet such great team. Hygenist did such great cleaning for me. Char did pictures before and after cleaning. I was impressed how different and better my teeth looked after cleaning. She was very gentle. Thank you, Char. Dr. Villafane addressed all my concerns. I felt very welcomed.

I had a great experience at Floss Dentistry when getting my crown. Nobody has fun getting prepped for a crown, but these guys made me as comfortable as possible! They were so personable and friendly, and let me know every step of the way what they were doing. I highly recommend checking them out! They are wonderful and make you feel like family!

Wow!! Have never been so impressed by a dentist in my life! Such kind staff and doctors, who take their time and are very thorough! If you are on the bridge about going and seeing a dentist this is definitely the place to go!! Their office is beautiful so that is a big bonus! Cannot express my happiness enough with this place!

I highly recommend using Floss Family Dental for all of your dental care needs. My wife and I have been going to Floss Family Dental for several years now. We live in Omaha but make the drive down to Lincoln to see Dr. Villifane and staff because they are that good. When you walk in the door you are greeted by Kim who takes a genuine interest in you and how you are doing. The friendly atmosphere continues through your entire appointment by everyone you see. Most people want to see a dentist they are comfortable with or have been referred to by someone they trust. If you are new to the area or are looking to try a new dentist, I promise you you will not be disappointed by going to Floss Family Dental!
