I had issues in the past were other dentists were ether to busy to work with my schedule or would get me in the chair and out to be on to the next patient. It is not that way at all at Floss. They greet you with a smile and by name. They listen and want to make the experience as painless as possible while providing the upmost dental care. We are so happy with how my son’s oral surgery went with Dr. Justin at Floss Family Dental and Surgical Center. He is skilled at what he does, and he has the latest equipment to make healing easier. My husband and I started going to FLOSS Family Dental after we moved to Lincoln almost three years ago. We have been extremely pleased with the service and attention we've received. After having a cavity filled last summer, my dentist, Dr. Villafane, called to check on my recovery. That kind of attention to patients is well above and beyond what most practices give. Even though we only are in the office every six months for a cleaning, I always feel that the staff remembers us and is extremely kind. We would recommend FLOSS Family Dental to anyone!

Absolutely the BEST pain and fear free dental experience ever! I am a bleeding risk due to blood disease and Dr Villafane knew just how to handle an extraction with no problems. All the clinics I called would not help me because of my illness and chance of complications but a simple infection could be deadly for me. Dr V was outstanding! We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Villafane. My 8 week old had her tongue and lip ties revised and it made a world of difference for her comfort levels and gave her the ability to nurse more efficiently. Dr. Villafane took the time to walk me through the process every step of the way. I felt very comfortable trusting him with my baby (and newborn moms probably know how hard it is to do that). He checked in with us multiple times after the procedure and was always willing to answer any questions I had. He was extremely caring, thorough, and kind. I also took my two year old in to get her chipped tooth checked out and he was wonderful with her. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Villafane and his office!

I loved our experience with Dr.Villafane and his staff. I have worried about my daughter breathing and her speech since she was about a year old, thanks to Dr.Villafane we discovered she had a tongue tie. I wa given a wonderful explanation of what the procedure was and how therapy would help get her prepared. I was worried about her doing all this since she has sensory issues and stresses out easily. They worked with her and she had no issues! They helped walk me through everything and made sure I had a way to reach them if I had questions. Since we had this done in February my daughter has slept better and everyone can understand her so much easier. I only wish we would have discovered the tongue tie earlier and came to them earlier! Would recommend them 100%!

I was very impressed with Floss dentistry. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My son needed to have a couple teeth extracted and he was apprehensive about the procedure. Dr. Villafane helped ease his anxiety by explaining everything and related very well to him on a personal level. Afterwards, my son was surprised at how painless and quick the procedure was. It ended up not being a big deal like he thought it would be. He also had his teeth cleaned and Carrie was awesome as well. She was very friendly and went the extra mile by giving him tips on keeping his teeth clean after he gets braces. Really appreciate the thoroughness of care!

My family of five will not go anywhere else for care, and I have to say...we've been to nearly every other group during the last 48 years here in Lincoln...and FLOSS is in another galaxy for what they provide. World Class facility, staff and Doctors! Also very affordable!
