This place was great! They did small things that meant a lot, like putting chapstick on your lips before they start a procedure (so thoughtful!) Everything was very clean! Dr. Burbach was very friendly and professional along with his assistant.

It had been a very long time since my last dentist appointment due to my phobia from past experiences. I found North Star Dental online and read that they specialize with people with lots of anxiety about going in to the dentist. I was so nervous when I went in for that appointment that I was shaking and on the verge of tears. I can’t remember the dental hydentists name but she was really sweet and explained everything before she did it and while she was doing it. She told me that if at any point I got overwhelmed or needed a break to let her know. The Dentist came in and he was kind and looked my teeth over. He even got me to laugh wich is a big deal. By the end of the appointment I had calmed down so much compared to when I had first arrived.
They really are there to help and care about keeping you you calm to help insure that your mouth and teeth stay healthy or get there. I will go back again and have also refered a few friends that could benefit from their services as well.

I've never been to a dentist office that was so understanding of people's fear of the dentist. They made sure I was comfortable and experiencing as little pain as possible every step of the way.
