I needed a crown reseated at the last minute on a FRIDAY and my regular dentist couldn’t fit me in until Tues. I called South Lincoln just because they were near my house. They got me in and I wasn’t even a patient of theirs. They treated me so well and gave me a plan for permanently fixing my issue, wrote up a report about how my dental insurance pays out in simple terms and I got so much attention and care, I’m changing dentists permanently.

Super great experience. Really happy with the dental hygienist I saw as well as Dr. Bergman. They both had warm and kind energies. The receptionist staff was very friendly and helpful. They contacted my insurance company and broke every cost down while offering multiple payment plan options. This info was ready when I finished the appointment. The transparency is rare and greatly appreciated. Clean new office. Highly recommend!

Holy Cow!! Best dental office ever!! Everyone from front desk to Dr Berman is so personable and genuine! The explanations & level of care you can get from the front to the back is amazing. I mean c'mon!! You aren't getting aroma therapy, blankets & lip balm applied anywhere else, pretty sure!! Be assured everyone I know is hearing about ya!! Thank you for the service!!!

I was seen by Dr. Bergman at this office. It was my first dentist visit in a LOT of years. I didn't get any lectures or feel bad after the visit. Very straight-forward on what I needed to do moving forward. So glad I got the worrying off my chest. Loved the headphones and TV in the room, very nice touch. I felt cared for, and at ease even after putting it off for so long.

I took my daughter here and the staff was so kind and accommodating. She uses a wheelchair & the building was accessible and the staff & Dr. Albin were wonderful at making her at ease. She is a complex case yet they took their time with insurance, quick appt, and guidance to help us get her further care for her needs.

am updating my last review from late last year in view of the very positive experience I had yesterday during my regular appointment. Both Brittany and Dr. Albin were very courteous, thorough, and professional. This had been my experience before, until the visit late last year, so I am willing to treat that as an exception, perhaps because of all the pressure brought on the health-care profession due to Covid. I would strongly recommend this place to others for professional dental care.
