Eagle Run West Dental Group is state of the art! I have been to a few other dentists over the years, and I now appreciate what good technology in dentistry means. My teeth are finally getting the care they need to truly last a lifetime. Dr. Bob and Dr. Shar do great work. They are friendly, thoughtful, and answer any questions I have about my teeth. I am in the final stages of Invisalign, and am very happy with the results. Any insurance questions I've ever had have been thoroughly explained by the office staff. I am always quick to recommend their work to others!

I have been going to Eagle Run Dental for about a year now. I got the Invisalign treatment through them, and they have been amazing! Each visit the staff is extremely friendly and caring. They explain each procedure and show you and describe the imaging taken right in front of you. They are very good about making sure you have copies of everything and making sure that you do not have any questions or other concerns! I would highly recommend them to anybody searching - especially for those interested in Invisalign!

I was told by many other dentist that I wasn't qualified for Invisalign, that I needed braces. I can't imagine why anyone would give this place a good review. If you call them, they will tell you that they accept your insurance, which most people will unwittingly assume means they bill at the negotiated rate. In fact, as one other reviewer already noted, they bill far in excess of that rate and you will be stuck picking up the difference. This is the only dentist I ever went to where you fill out a stack of paper to be seen by them only to later realize that you inadvertently signed a form agreeing to pay their outrageous rates. This is also the only office I ever went to where there was no one in the waiting room. Bad sign!!! Stay far away.

I received an express Invisalign treatment from Eagle Run. I have had two sets of braces prior to my invisalign treatment at a different ortho, and in all seriousness, invisalign is AMAZING. Eagle Run's staff makes everything so easy and organized for their patients. Some of the nicest and genuine people I have met!

I have always wanted to do something that helped make my 2 front teeth less noticeable but for some reason never did anything about it. I started Invisalign right before my 30th birthday and am very glad I went this route instead of traditional braces. I was hoping the clear trays would help with how conscious I was feeling about being 30 with braces. Dr. Shar was awesome in helping reassure this was a good way to go and after seeing the Invisalign ClinCheck, I was sold!
Through the process, my teeth hurt pretty bad the first couple of days after changing my trays every 2 weeks. After that, it was just a little uncomfortable but not too bad. It is fun to look through some of the old trays to see how much they have worked. I wore them all the time like I am suppose to and always brushed right after eating so that I could put them back in right away.
I was disappointed with how visable the attachments were. Everyone at Eagle Run West Dental were nice and tried to comfort me letting me know it's not as bad as I think. I had 2 attachments on my 2 front teeth and I think that made people see them a lot more and once the attachments were put on, more people started asking me about them.
In my opinion, they are pricey but very much worth it! I am done with my trays but one of my front teeth didn't move as much as it should so I am going back in for a follow up appointment for them to work their magic on me. I have to wear my retainers for a year but they have stressed the importance of wearing them so I am just happy to be done with the 'moving' process and am excited to show off my new smile!
