During my visit today, my hygienist was very pleasant and helpful with my questions. The only thing I can say negatively about this visit, is when Dr. Beck was explaining what needed to be done, it would have been nice to watch a video along with his explanation. I felt the video playing on the screen was a good reminder of how to perform correct oral hygiene.

Staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly. I’ve always been called back at my appt time. Waiting room and exams rooms are clean and comfortable. Cleanings are thorough and as gentle as possible. Dr. Z is very personable and I’ve been very happy with work he’s done.

Visited Dr Beck office today because of tooth pain. He showed my ex rays to me & explained what the problem was. Gave me three options, & I decided to have the tooth pulled. It was pain free except for small stings when he injected the the area with novacaine. He is very nice, & everyone in the office were super!

Recently, I posted a negative review on behalf of my wife. We would like to recant that review and apologize to the Clinic and to anyone who was negatively impacted by our review.
Dr. Beck called us and we met to discuss the issues. We decided that there was a lack of communication. She didn't understand what the treatment plan was. She went back for the recommended treatments and was very pleased with the whole clinic. She found that the Doctors and the whole staff were very professional, friendly, kind and caring. She was very impressed with her whole experience with them.
We again apologize to the Clinic and to all who were influenced by our negative review. We would highly recommend Scottsbluff Dentist to everyone.

After my first visit to Dr. Beck I have never went anywhere else again. Dr. Beck and the staff are the best around hands down. Professional. Friendly. And understanding. Dr. Zitterkopf is the best. I’ve gotten 3 crowns by him and the experience of all 3 have been extremely positive, and The crowns fit perfectly. He’s always taken great care of me as his patient and all of these experiences have been pain free! I was traumatized as a kid by dental procedures and Dr. Z’s care and understanding have completely ended my fear of dentists.
