I’m not upset at the level of service or quality of care, but I will say this, every time that I need a very minor procedure done, I always have to schedule an appointment. The last time I needed a simple surface filling done on a gum recession issue, Dr. Henderson, who is no longer at the Dentist Office, just took a look at the tooth and whipped his trusty tools out and put the filling on right there, without having to schedule a stinking appointment several weeks to a month down the road. The simple surface filling only took him about 2 or 3 minutes to do. It was quick and simple, but now that he’s gone, it seems like I have to schedule an appointment even for real simple procedures. It’s very frustrating and inconvenient. However, I am pleased with the overall level of service, it’s just frustrating when you have to schedule an appointment every time you want a very minor procedure done that could take only a few minutes.

I have dentures that needed to be realigned. They have never felt right and caused me a lot of pain and discomfort. It was to the point that I rarely wore the bottoms at all. I have gone to my other dentist in California over and over to try and get them to fit but it never resolved the problem. In one visit Dr Calderwood and his assistants were able to resolve the problem. I now have comfortable, dentures that feel absolutely wonderful. I am very grateful to have found this dentist in this office!

Went to my sons first dentists appointment yesterday. He got very upset, but the dentist was so patient and sweet. She talked to him about all the superheroes. The dental assistant Taylor was amazing smiled at him the whole time. She even played with him and eventually got him to stop crying. Would recommend anyone to bring their kiddos there!
