I was having a tooth problem since months but I didn't get time to check it by a Doctor.. Recently when I visited Las Vegas, my friend referred me to ABC Dental Care.. Firstly I was nervous when I think about dental treatments but after stepping into the place, it was feeling like a home. They didn't allow a minute to feel scared.. Excellent care by Dr.K and Evelyn and they were so professional, kind and friendly. They solved my dental problem and made me feel healthy. Thanks a lot.. The receptionist are so rude and unprofessional.
Since the first day an insurance representative explained them about my benefits, today they Did charge money for my cleaning, I asked them to check with the insurance and they refused to do it, I requested for a refund until Confirm with my insurance, the receptionist yelled and laughed at me treating me to make more charges to my credit card, and instead giving me a refund She double charge it.
I requested to talk to the Dr. Kevin khorshid and he refused to talk to me.
Receptionist and the Dr. Kevin as Well, don't understand my insurance plan and even tho a insurance representative already talk to them and explained my benefits they still want to charge me money.
The way I was treated was totally wrong, make sure you know your insurance benefits plan if you don't want to get robbed.

Learned they are no longer in network for Aetna this year. Very shady about costs, lots of double talk from Evelyn the manager. When I went back this year, was not given any paperwork about the procedures to be done. Since I went there last year, I assumed everything would be ok. I need a ton of work and I am on a lean budget. I learned from Aetna they are no longer in network, they should have given Aetna the procedures to be done, referred me to an oral surgeon first for the teeth removal. They refunded the teeth extraction but not for the denture which will serve me no purpose if I can't get the teeth removed. They did a repair on my existing upper denture, which is now worse and causing great pain, possibly the infection which is above my tooth and I can feel it on my eye and ear, even going around to my lower jaw. There have been delays and was told that the lab guy did not show up, then they had to get a new one. Evelyn still will not give me a bill of the procedures, even though I asked every time. They have gotten hostile and accusing me of being difficult, all the while denying me paperwork, copies of receipts, even had to ask for antibiotics the last time because they said the repaired denture is not the problem, the tooth is. I am still out over $600 on my HSA, which was only 1000 to begin with. Now I have to start over, I am in such pain that I will have to take out high interest short term loans just so I don't get worse. I am afraid this will cause damage to my eye or sinuses, I cannot take off work as I am the only provider and my fiance has cancer, I feel ripped off. Its too bad, I was excited to get the work done.
