Suggested an unnecessary procedure, incorrectly preformed it, and didn't freely correct it when a problem arose. Been there a few times since Dr. Kim and came to the conclusion that like most dental stores in Vegas, they're very greedy and dishonest, just my 2 cents. Also, I recently saw one of the techs with glassy eyes, might have been stoned or something.

My experience was seriously amazing ! I had previous veneers put on that were not done properly and issues w my bottom teeth as well. I waited for years to fix these things. I was extremely self conscious about my smile! I had to get TEN crowns done. TEN! It was a fairly painless procedure, even with that much work done, and my smile came out PERFECT! Dr. Andrew and his team were so professional and nice! They did everything they could to make me comfortable during this procedure. If I could rate this office more than five stars, I definitely would!

Full Disclosure: I really don't like dentists. I've had some questionable work done in the past and I feel like I'm not willing to risk going to a dentist to fix a small problem when they so easily create different small problems.

With that mindset, a friend of ours started working for Dr Andrew and told my wife, several times, I should come by and meet him. I'm extremely glad I did. I've been waiting years to have some dental work done (so has my wife, but she didn't need much besides a cleaning). We both have fear of dentists! Dr Andrew has a great personality and constantly checked to make sure we were comfortable, explained what he was doing before he did it, didn't have any issues doing exactly what he said needed to be done... didn't create issues... the list goes on.

Dr Andrew actually did the cleaning himself and found an issue with an old filling I had from probably a decade ago that was starting to show signs of coming apart. He asked me what I wanted to do. That's huge to me. Previous dentists that I dealt with have treated my mouth like a car and just went to work on it like they were replacing a muffler or changing the breaks. This is my body and I have a desire to be part of the decision making process. By the end of this last month my wife and I just had a conversation and we were both shocked to say we like our dentist. It's a good feeling.

We both went to the dentist with apprehension and concern, even with a longtime friend referring us! We both left our appointments feeling happy we went. Who does that?! Everyone should be happy they went to the Dentist. Anyone who doesn't get that feeling should switch to Dr Andrew.

I have been extremely pleased with the care, manner, and his cash prices were fair (yes, I don't have dental insurance). Two thumbs up!

Dr. Popescu is an excellent dentist. He does a lot of the dental hygiene and cleaning himself. He also sees just one client at a time and is not hopping around like so many dentists do! I highly recommend this dentist. An overall great experience.

I had recently chipped my front tooth and almost immediately I was taken care of by Doctor Popescu and his friendly staff. He's very educational about everything he is doing and makes sure that you're comfortable at all times. I also had botox done and the results were phenomenal!!!!! He truly is the BEST and most genuine dentist in town.

This Dentist has got to be the best in Nevada! I recommend this Dentist to all patients that are afraid or hesitant. I had fillings, root canal, cleaning I've never been so excited to see the Dentist in my life. The staff is absolutely amazing

After many years, my dentist retired. Looking for a new doctor I came across reviews for Dr. Popescu of Best Care Dental. I feel very fortunate to have found this fine gentleman and his exceptional staff! I’ve just completed some work that needed to be done and topped it off with a fresh cleaning. Dr. Popescu does not overbook so there isn’t a wait time unless of course someone has an emergency. He takes his time with you and he is very precise with his work. I have issues with lockjaw, which as you can imagine, is very uncomfortable at the dentist. Dr. Popescu took his time with me and was patient with me when I had to take breaks. Everyone on his staff from assistants, front desk, billing etc are amazingly friendly, knowledgeable and professional! Dr. Popescu and his team are young yet it feels as though they have 30 years of experience. I have found a true hidden gem in Best Care Dental! THANK YOU Dr. Popescu and staff! I’m very happy and blessed to have found you!

This dental office is by far the best office I have gone to for dental treatment. Not only is Dr. Popescu very kind, but he is also very thorough with his dental work (considering I got extractions, fillings, and a bridge done here). Also the hygienist, office manager, and assistants are all really nice and professional. Will definitely continue coming here regularly.

Dr Otteson and Erik and tylor did an amazing job with my children. Walk them thru with the procedures and helped them calm down when they felt scared. I highly recommend them!

Most people think I'm crazy, because I'm actually excited to visit my dentist office. But why shouldn't I be? Dr. Popescu and his staff are so professional and I'm never in the waiting room more than 5 minutes. They also offer a discounted dental payment plan if you don't have dental insurance, or your imsurinsuisnt that great. Give Best Care Dental a try. Thankful I did.
