I received a front tooth implant from the dentist nearly a year ago and I am 100% satisfied with the work. Not a single person has been able to notice and it looks great

I have been going to Desert Breeze Dental for 10+ years and couldn't be more satisfied with their service. Never had to wait and have always been treated like a friend. Dr. VreNon and his entire staff professionally run the office and offer all the latest technologies. Just had a crown placed and they made the permanent right there at his office (no temporary and return trip). Highly recommended.

Very dissapointed, my wife and I were confident that we would be treated fairly as we referred here from a friend of the dentist Paul. Our quote for veneers was over 2200 per tooth, double what we ended up paying elsewhere form a very experienced dentist. They put on a great show however that's all

I work here and I am also a patient here. I have been a patient of Dr. VreNons for over 22 years! He truly is the best! The office cares about patients and employs the best clinicians to take care of patient needs! We welcome constructive criticism on how we can improve and hope that once you come to our office you become part of our dental family!

My wife got her root canal done. Dr. Sarles explained the process to me detail and perform the root canal precisely and gently. And her assistant is awesome! The staff very very friendly. I recommend going to her for any of your dental work!

The only reason I didn't give one star is because the front desk people have always been super nice and pleasant. We've gone to them for a few years with no issues up until this last year. My husband went in for a regular cleaning and was told he needed two crowns. The dental assistant was so rough on his mouth when attempting to do the moldings, for example constantly hitting his front teeth with the metal equipment numerous times. After the first visit He requested to have a different assistant and yet they gave him the same one each time. It took three visits for them to finally get the moldings correct. At this point, my husband's mouth was in costant pain. And he ended up needing a root canal! No refund was offered other than the for the basic co pay for the office visit. We will never go here again

I made a hygiene visit after my normal cleaning & check up back in February 2018 for 8am on August 28, 2018. The day before my appointment, I received a phone call asking me if I could move back my appointment to 9am, I told them that I couldn't do 9am since I have to work. My response didn't matter and they said they can't see me at 8am tomorrow. I asked what happened to my appointment since it was booked 6 months ago and she said they were "double booked" and they couldn't take me, but they could take the other patient. There is no point in making an appointment with them, when you could be bumped by another patient. I can't control who they would rather take as a patient, but if you're going to cancel someone's appointment, have the courtesy to give them advanced notice so they can make an appointment with another dentist.

Lisa was the person in the office that did this. She was terrible and lied to me wasting my time and money. I called and told her I was in pain and I was referred to Dr. Brizzee, she told me he was not available today, but his partner was there and available today, that was a lie. Then I drive all the way across town and get there and I ask if Dr. Brizzee works there. She said, no, but we have a dentist that can see, you, so she lied again. I had explained on the phone I needed a specific kind of Dr. for this due to extreme pain. She tried to get me to stay there and see a regular old dentist which I already had. I told her on the phone and in person that my regular dentist had already referred me to Dr. Brizzee. She then tried to give me a referral to the real Dr. Brizzee so that she could get a kick back. Terrible service and customer service, very shady. I would not recommend anyone to go there.

Never again! After numerous times of suspiciously badgering me to replace my fillings and as far as going on to lie that I now have cavities and slight decay in my filling areas, I went for 2nd opinion and guess what; came out with a clean bill of health! One thing I wont tolerate is a lying, untrustworthy physician to do anything to get additional funds for their own satisfaction! Shame!!
