This office is amazing. Everyone has great personalities and are extremely welcoming.

I have always been scared to death of the dentist. I also have lacked health insurance most of my life. The wellness program they have helps those without insurance so much.

Every other person I've seen has told me there's no point in saving my teeth. Here they have come up with a plan to save mine and it's working perfectly. I highly suggest this dentist to everyone.

The front office staff always make me smile and laugh and the dentists(i've seen both) are filled with information and truly care about your overall health.

Mesa Dental’s team is very professional and friendly. Visit to a dentist can be very stressful but this guys make sure you feel safe, explaining everything in very detailed manner and answering all the questions you have regarding procedures and billing. The office itself is very clean and welcoming. The quality of the work that they are doing on their patients is top notch.

This office is too good to be true. It's so beautiful inside and everyone is so friendly and personable. Especially the doctor! She is so thorough with her examination and explanation of things. I was blown away with how in depth they went just for the health of my teeth. Never had a dentist like this before, almost makes me feel spoiled. Really love this place and everyone there. Highly recommend giving them a try if you are in need or looking for a new dentist.

I had just moved to the area and had a dental emergency. I was recommended to Dr Browner by a new neighbor. I called and they were able to see me that day. The team and Dr were terrific and were able to bring relief to my issue. We have found our new dentist!

I found Dr. Browner to be a happy, skilled, detailed and a very knowledgeable dentist. In fact, her entire staff is happy and easily exhibit specific dental abilities. If you are looking for an "up-to-date" dentist; one who enjoys the challenges of her job; and, one who spends the time to devise a plan for your mouth and teeth's health, Dr. Browner's office is for you.

I've had more than my fair share of dentistry over the years, and have found Dr. Browner and the staff at Mesa to be consistently excellent. Their charges are transparent and fair and - more importantly - the procedures are conducted with care, precision and empathy (which is priceless). They manage to combine knowledgeable professionalism with enthusiasm and humor - I can't recommend them highly enough.

TLDR: Not good at what we do, yet, you pay us for fixing our sloppy work.

On April 5, I had gone and paid them $139 to re-cement an existing Cerec crown that had come off. During and procedure and after the procedure there was a massive push both by the doctor and the cashier to join their plan. When I questioned the cashier on the terms and conditions of the plan, she was clueless. Her answer was that no one has ever asked that question. Regardless, you should know what you are selling.

On April 21, the crown came off again while eating a cheesecake. So that was like 2 weeks and a few days over. I went into their clinic on April 27th and I was told to come back on the 29th.

You would think that a business that cares about its customers would actually offer you something to make it better. Not even a sloppy apology was offered for my inconvenience.

When I went on April 29th to get my crown cemented on, the front desk lady asked me for $139 again. I expressed to her that this should be done under warranty as it didn't even last 3 weeks. She asked me to wait while she speaks with the dentist. I was informed that the dentist is ready to meet me halfway at $69 or else I can leave. So, basically, I had paid $139 to rent my own crown for about 2 weeks. What if it came out again since they don't know what they are doing? I refused and walked out.

I would be pursuing legal action against them if I am not refunded within 10 days. If they don't even stand by their work, do you really want to get a procedure done there? Go there if you are feeling lucky!

I have been a patient of Dr. Browner since the beginning of 2018. I've had problems with my teeth and have had to come back for multiple visits and procedures. Each visit, the staff have been courteous and professional. Dr. Browner and the dental hygienist actually care about the health of my teeth and take care to perform quality work. I greatly appreciate that and so far, my experience has been good. Dr. Browner's practice comes greatly recommended.

Finally, an honest dentist.. One never knows what they do inside your mouth, but Dr. told me about some issues that other dentists have side stepped. Her work is also cutting edge and the Laser 3 D mapping of the teeth is amazing.... The hygenist is very nice and really seems to know her stuff as she explained it to the dental student... While I want her to have good reviews, do not crowd the office and make it hard to get appointments. The appointments are easy to make and convenient. , I like this one and want to continue for a long time. .

Each experience that I have had at Mesa Dental has been absolutely wonderful. I always know my teeth are in the best hands with Dr. Browner. And as if the best dentist, knowledgeable staff, and excellent care is not enough... I just found out that you can watch Netflix while hanging out in the chair getting a cleaning or some work done! 10/10 definitely recommend.
