I can't speak to insurance or billing, but scheduling. The office has canceled my appointments multiple times and pushed my back for MONTHS before another appointment is available. Staff meetings, time off, whatever. There's always an excuse. I'm tired of it and going elsewhere.

Dr. MATTHEW GRIFFITH is a scammer and the receptionist Mary. I went in for a basic cleaning and MATTHEW GRIFFITH and Mary told me my insurance was at the max and I needed to pay 360 out if pocket. I said I just want the basic cleaning my insurance provides as I get 4 cleanings. That's why I pay for insurance. He said his license is on the line and cannot. Mary then stated that my teeth would fall out if I did not pay the 360 dollars. What a bunch if scammers I will be filling a complaint with the Nevada dentist board. Money hungry scammers. Your business will suffer due to no referrals and ripping people off. Too bad. I live in Rhodes ranch and will tell everyone about the experience mountain dental provided! THIS PLACE IS A MONEY SCAM.I went to this office because it was close to my house. I saw Dr. Kyle O'Donnell. I needed a root canal, and even though he was pushing me to get the more expensive option I chose the cheapest route. I was asked to pay the full $550.00 up front plus was told they were going to MAX out my Dental Insurance for the year...JUST FOR A BASIC ROOT CANAL...I called my husband to come down and get a itemized list and cost for what they were charging our insurance...at this point they hadtaken $550.00 for me and I had sat in the office for 1.5 hours with NO work done...when we started asking questions about cost Dr. Kyle O'Donnell came into my room with a return reciept and asked me to leave...I have NEVER been asked to leave any office...this place is a money SCAM. I then went to my husbands dentist a SPECIALIST (Dr. Kryer) who ended pulling two teeth and giving me a bone graph for a permanent implant...for $500.00 that was including my deductible.

Rip OFF, these people glorified pricing then what our insurance paid by 6 times more. Don't go unless you want give them your arm and leg for payment.

Worst place, over inflated prices insurance paid $340 and had to pay $900 on top of that they used the scaring tactics on my wife on items she didn't need. (we had 3 other dentists for review) never again plus planning looking legal actions.
