Wonderful experience at my initial appointment!!! Pleasant and welcoming staff from beginning to end. Haven't seen a dentist on years due to lack of insurance and I need a lot of work...Dr. Bonifatto was understanding, professional and compassionate.

I greatly appreciate Trish for doing such a great job. But since Dr. Barin is gone and her staffs left, change happens. Bad customer service with staff making schedule for the patient without asking first. They have a new break schedule 12-1pm and they schedule us at
1pm. We waited outside under hot weather of 110 degrees. We were not informed that they close until 1pm but we are being blamed why we schedule at 1pm. No compassion,
No kindness. We have been going to this office for more than 10’yrs and we can’t count to add more years. We miss Dr. Barin and Dr. Luke plus their great staffs.

They’re pleasant from the time you check in until you leave. They’re extremely efficient and accommodating offering refreshments the minute you check in. The entire staff is wonderful and so friendly. I heard clients laughing and talking with the staff and that’s an indication that the staff makes an unpleasant event as pleasant as possible and honestly you don’t think about visiting a dentist. It’s more like dropping by to say hello to friends.

I was a patient at NEA for over 10 years. I loved Dr. Barin. I also saw Dr. Luke. I really felt like I was treated like family. The front office staff Melinda & Summer were amazing. Unfortunately the new ownership is all about money & charging way more than I was used to paying. I now see why so many of the previous staff left. I am sad that I have to look for a new dental office now.

I've been coming here for 16 years and was always treated like family until all the recent changes. Dr. Bonifatto and his new staff are all about the money and don't actually care about your dental health. I recently got quoted nearly $1200 for a deep cleaning and my daughter who has double coverage was quoted another $240 for something that insurance doesn't cover. I've left that office twice now with a sickening feeling in my stomach and have decided to pull 4 family members from this office and look for a new dentist. Sad ending for our family and this dental office.

Excellent dentist and staff. They are on time with no delay, professional and caring. The doctor is very nice, and has great communication skills. He has worked on my teeth several times and I trust his work. Highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Bonifatto and the staff at NEA dentistry are wonderful!! I have major anxiety about going to the dentist and he spends time talking to me and calming my nerves! I highly recommend this office!

If you are in Las Vegas and looking for a dentist you’ve found one ! I had a dental emergency and was in quite a lot of pain and NEA did everything they could to see me ASAP . My experience from the moment I walked in the door was extremely pleasant, the ladies at the front were kind, personable, and efficient. Dr. Bonifatto was gentle, charming and listened carefully to all my concerns and took the time to sit with me and explain all of my procedural options. He made sure I was comfortable and I never felt pressured or as if they were trying to force me into an unnecessary procedure. He explained things in a way that I could understand which made me feel heard and that my oral health was important to him. I left the office feeling so much better.
I’ve personally had some bad experiences with dentists throughout my life which has left me feeling reluctant to visit the dentist. Those fears and hesitations are completely gone and I will be a loyal patient of Dr. B and NEA. Highly recommend the entire team there lead by Dr. Bonifatto

The office is very organized and friendly.
They acknowledge you as you walk through the door and are very helpful with the insurance maze.
The dentist takes time and explains what he recommends without shoving it down your throat and they don’t take a zillion x-rays.
He is down to earth and has a great personality.
