Dr.chi was very professional,not rough when extracting, made you feel welcome,staff is polite,place is clean and nice,was done befor I knew it,accepted my medicaid.

The office and staff were great the only thing was the dentist Chi was not. He was rude and condescending to his helper who he was mistreating the whole time as well as myself the patient. He has no care for the pain and discomfort that was caused even after going in on day six and being prescribed something I can't take for pain due to the trauma he caused in my mouth I explained to him I couldn't take what he wanted me to so he decided not to prescribed anything at all. It is Thanksgiving tomorrow and I will not be enjoying it because I can barely even sleep at this point. Headache, earache and pain Throughout my mouth I understand if it was dry socket but his own words were "it was a hard extraction and lots of trauma was caused but you'll be ok in about a week!" I'd stay away from him as a dentist you'd be better off getting the work done on the corner.

I’ve had several experiences at this dentist and time and time again the ladies at the front desk have continued to exhibit passive aggressive behaviors toward me and have made me feel extremely uncomfortable even being there. Micro aggression is something I personally cannot tolerate and this location will no longer get visits from me. (The dentists in the back are okay)

The worst dentist in Las Vegas. You have insurance but can’t be seen due to supposedly having two insurances. They’re so lazy that I couldn’t call to verify if plans are active they wait until you get there a week later to provide you that information when my plan is active. It should have been done with the initial phone call but no to be a billing and coding they let anyone in.

Today was the first time in a long time that I've been to the dentist and I have to say that Nevada dentistry made it a very nice experience for me again and everybody there was very nice I can't wait to return.

I was very scared and in pain and I was booked same day the lady on the phone was sweet and texted me all the information I needed to call my insurance to get seen right away.
