Friendly staff. Don’t have to wait too long. Had my wisdom tooth removed. They set the right expectations and continuously followed up with me. As far as payments are concerned, they’re willing to work with you on it which I appreciate because they’re more concerned on what they can do for you at the time of your visit. Glad I found them on google.

January 25 was my scheduled appointment and my first time visit. When I arrived I was greeted by the front desk. The hospitality I received was excellent. After completing the necessary paperwork, I was called into the office immediately. The assistant walked me through each procedure. I was then excorted to a room and greeted by the dentist. He explained in detail what needed to be done to correct my problem. I was informed by an assistant of the out of pocket expense and what my insurance would cover, later booking an appointment for dental work. The dentist and staff was very kind and professional. I would recommended this office to everyone. I had a great experience.

Tender Dental on Boulder Highway and Harmon is the BEST dentist office I have ever been to in my life!! Dr. Vargas is God sent!! Victoria and the rest of the staff makes you feel like you've known them forever!! All the staff members great you with the biggest smile that is truly sincere and heart warming!! Went to this office because I had tooth pain in my upper right tooth. The dentist told me he didn’t see anything wrong that my gums were running away from my teeth due to brushing too hard. He advised me to switch to a soft toothbrush and a sensitive toothpaste. Well I’m still having the same problem today. The information he gave me is false. I went to a different dentist and the tooth is infected and I either need a route canal or extraction. I kind of new it was wrong info because my tooth hurt on side I eat the most and when eating cold things.

Took my 2 year old for his first appointment today. He didn't love it, I think because he had just woke up and was probably nervous, but I liked the bedside manner of everyone in the office. No one pressured my son and made it as quick and easy as they could. Next time around I suspect it will go better.

Called for a second opinion , and got much more. Dentist took time to hear my concerns and explained treatment plan with great detail . Staff was the best i have experienced. Wonderful teamwork ! Kindness shared with me and each other. Certainly will be my first call in the future.

My experience here was god awful and I definitely don't intend on coming back. The only good people here were the receptionist and dental assistants. When I went in the first time here I told my dentist that I had really bad anxiety and I was scared of needles and if it was possible I would like to be put out during this procedure, he responded with "Only retarded kids need to be put out" then proceed to tell my mom that she would have to pay for it out of her pocket for me to be put under and all that jazz. Next I come in again. I'm In the room waiting so he can pull my tooth and do some fillings. We find out from a kind hearted dental assistant that insurance covers things like that they just don't particularly do it there because there not properly equipped. So at that point I'm pissed because not only did they lie to my mom but my doctor lied to me about what could happen. So I'm crying freaking out cause things like this scare me he comes in ask me "Why are you crying" I told him "cause I'm scared" he looks at me gives me a dirty look throws his hands up and says "Fine will find you a doctor that can put you under " and then he just walks away like nothing happen. This place was just..... it was bad.... I love the receptionist and the dental assistants but you need better doctors and you need to get one of them replaced. Guess I'm a retarded kid now because I wimped out am I right?

The Front Desk Clerk was very curtious and helpful. But, the dentist was very rude and unprofessional. Didn't really answer my questions nor did he explain anything. He was in a hurry to do what He Wanted To Do then in a hurry to get me out. I too couldn't wait to get out of there. After all I'm not a big fan of the dentist but, to give off the impression that your patients are just things taking up your time is just very unprofessional and made me even more uncomfortable to be there. Not to mention, I was sitting in the room waiting to see the dentist for over an hour.
