I’ve been going to this office for years.. They have recently got a new dentist and boy did my 16 1/2 yr old got a Huge disservice. My son was in the office for exam,cleaning and x-rays and boy was I disappointed. My son had all this done within 15 mins of his scheduled appt. Typical a cleaning is a minimal of 30 mins anything other then that is not Thorough and a disservice to any patients. The doctor came out to speak with me after doing 2 min exam and said son does not have any cavities but had build-up and advised me to have fillings done on all his molars because of his deep grooves I then stated wouldn’t it be more practical to place sealants on all molars then doctor then advised that placing sealants is a Gimmick and doesn’t work and it’s just a procedure to make the practice more money.. The office had no clue that I have over 15 yr of experience in dentistry and can recognize that it was a poor job and was felt rushed as if they had something else to do. Definitely I felt that my son was NOT in good hands like a rushed fast food restaurant. I asked the front office how in the world did the hygienist clean his teeth, X-rays and exam in under 15 mins she advised me that they do not have a hygienist and the doctor dental assistant did his cleaning.. Which is actually unethical because my insurance pays for an Adult prophylaxis and not a child prophylaxis so there cheating by not even giving my son a what his insurance paid for.. My son still had plaque on his teeth after his so called “cleaning was done”.. and even my son said he doesn’t want to come back because his teeth didn’t feel clean. Smh please please do not go to his office if you care about your teeth, take your time and find a family practice and read reviews so that you can find a great doctor that cares about you and your teeth and not a Chop shop.. You’ll thank me in the future.. Please please avoid corporations the only thing that care about is production “ how much money they can suck out of a patient without doing quality work” I cannot stress this enough.. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING...

Very professional. Went to have a cracked tooth pulled. After xrays, the dentist told me the tooth isn't cracked. Just a groove in the tooth. All went thru my insurance and didn't cost me a dime. Also didn't put me thru an unnecessary procedure.

We have been going to this office for roughly ten years. We have all been seen by Dr. Xa, myself, husband and each of our six children. The staff is friendly, the office is clean and there is virtually no wait to be taken back to an exam room.
The doc is very fast and thorough. So why the low star rating? Lately we have been VERY displeased. My daughter got a filling done in an adult molar. It was a tiny cavity. The doc there, who is taking over for Xa as he is retiring, drilled all the way to the pulp destroying it resulting in her needing a root canal.
Dr Xa himself, disappointed me when my son went in for two reasons. One was to get a mold for a space maintainer and the other reason was pain in a tooth. We got the mold done then got xrays. The xrays showed that he should just get the tooth pulled but because the mold was already done and it would have been a waste of his time as he wouldn’t get paid for taking the mold otherwise, he did a filling... a silver filling when our insurance pays for a white one. The space maintainer fell out almost immediately as well.
We will NOT be going back because of these incidents. Sad because we thought, after all this time, that we had found a family dentist we could count on.

THIS PLACE IS BEYOND HORRIBLE!!!

I came in to get my teeth pulled and get dentures, nothing was done the right way. The dentist rushed everything, when I came in for the wax try in ,I told him it didn't fit right and I couldn't even close my mouth, he said "It's normal cause I had teeth still in and it's more for him so he can see how it's sitting in my mouth." So the day comes to get my teeth pulled (mind you I took two weeks off work so I could heal and all before returning.) and I was in and out in twenty minutes, but the teeth still didn't fit right I figured it was the swelling so I waited a few days then went in to get them adjusted. The best way I could describe how it looked is... A bulldog. I couldn't open my mouth to put a spoon in, they made my lower into the worst underbite... It was bad. Not to mention they were made way to thin (you could see through the gums on them). So I go in to see what he could adjust and all I get is "There's nothing I can do about it, you should just go somewhere else." NOTHING HE COULD DO!?!? There is plenty he could do, for one, admit he messed them up would be a start. He refunded my insurance and gave me half of my money back I paid (still waiting on the other half) and I had to go find a real dentist to fix his mess up. I did find a better place and got what I wanted but I had to start the whole process all over again, but couldn't start anything for weeks cause I had to heal before the real dentist could fix everything. That means I had to wait almost two months before I could get teeth that fit right, so for two months I was stuck with the trash he gave me. Now I could understand him acting like that if I was being a pain or acting irrationally, but I didn't, I was polite the ENTIRE time. Thankfully my girlfriend is a dental assistant and fixed the teeth using a Dremel enough for me to manage them for the two months (funny how she could but he couldn't). I CAN'T BEGIN TO EXPLAIN HOW IT FELT TO HAVE TO WEAR THOSE TEETH FOR TWO MONTHS!! This office cares nothing about their patients, there was a lot he could do he just chose to do NOTHING! So I let as many people know as possible, FIND ANOTHER DENTIST!!! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO SOMEONE I DIDN'T LIKE!!

Dont ever go here. Very incompetent dentist. Pulled a tooth out of mine that he never should have. Had to wind up getting a implant that costed me thousands of dollars. Was a very traumatic experience for me. All for a tooth ache whereca root canal should have been done!!

Shady place. Stay far away. I honestly don't think this is a legitimate legal dentist or they had their licenses revoked so they have as little business as possible to pay their bills. I had a tooth pulled and the mouth wash solution I was sold was over a year expired. They said I could come in to exchange it, but the two times I have tried to go in there they were closed. They closed on sat at 3pm as it states on the door, yet when I called and the woman answered she said the dr went home early. It was 12pm. I needed a new antibiotic because I was having a bad reaction to the one they prescribed. She said the dr wasn't going to be in till monday and suggested I go to the pharmacy to beg for a new prescription. The second time I tried to go on a thursday, the door says 8am-5pm. It was 11am and I called the number after seeing the place was closed again. The woman said they close early on thursdays now and she said she will call me in an hour to get my prescription changed at the Summerlin office they are driving to. It's weird that she always answers the phone even though she is never at the location. I tried calling again and I got a woman's personal cell phone answering machine. This woman has been very rude to me and I do not think this is a legal dentist.

Took my kids here for their dental needs.. the dentist was extremely rude to my children and he seemed annoyed. The girl at the reception was very unwelcoming.. We will not be returning here. THIS IS NOT A KID FRIENDLY PLACE. ITS NOT A FRIENDLY PLACE PERIOD.. WILL NOT BE RETURNING

Ive tried to call you guys multiple times its like trying to get in touch with the president. The doctor was really quick with talking to me only looked at exam not even in my mouth. Wth kind of dentist is this. I need teeth work done. Have a good one i wont be back.

One of their employees was asking to buy drugs in a group on Facebook just now (October 7 2017). I found she was employed with Starbrite Dental (thats how I found out about this company). I was going to email them and ask them to assist her with her drug problem, but after having seen what kind of feedback they have on different rating engines, I dont think they would care.

wasted my time , don’t go hir they only have appointments evrey 2 months and they just want to keep making new appointments to charge more money super slow worst experience i had in a dentist.
