I wanted regular braces even if it took more appointments, and Dr. said invisalign would be better to fix my bite. 3 years later, and my bite is still not where it needs to be. No contact at all with molars. I don't think invisalign was the best option for me. Especially having my teeth filed in between to make space, which is terribly painful, and even more painful to have attachments filed down every time the treatment has failed to start a new treatment. I can say the treatment has failed about 4 times. This is what I get for following the doctor's recommendation. I trusted a professional and now have to suffer the consequences of it. By the time I realized we were moving with invisalign and not regular braces, he had ordered the treatment with invisalign and proceeded to say that i was a perfect candidate for it. Multiple times during treatment, I brought up to the doctor that we should have gone with regular braces and was ignored.
On another note, the doctor told me I should put some more weight on. Me being at a healthy weight, I received such an unwanted, unnecessary, completely unrelated to my treatment, and rude comment.

El doctor genial, pero no se que pasa con la recepcion, hable 2 veces y solo me dijeron que me regresaban la llamada y nunca lo resivi. Queria preguntar si aceptaban amerygrup para no ir en vano,mi niña tenia cita porque hace un mes le dolia una muela y me dijeron que alomejor ya no iban a aceptar esa aseguranza. Y asi quedo no recivi ninguna llamada para confirmarme, que mal a mi el doctor me parece muy bueno. Ojala puedan chequear eso, que si no aceptan alguna aseguranza habisar que no podran atender, o por lo contrario tambien informar de que la cita sigue en pie. 😊
