I can not say enough good things about this dentist!! Woke up had pain called them got me in same morning. Staff super friendly!!! Very clean!!! X rays quick. Staff helped me with ever step of the way. Doc came in we talked she fixed my issue asap. Made me feel so much better. I paid cash and it was simple fast and efficient. That’s hard to say with ever thing going on today. Job well done.

Always a great and professional experience. I've been here for about 3 visits now and the staff is always kind and gentle. I feel welcomed even after I admitted I ate a chicken Taco earlier that was currently stuck in my upper teeth 🙃 😅. They accepted the challenge and left me with a clean perfect smile. The facility is always clean and sanitary everytime I come too. The staff really likes thier job and you just feel comfortable knowing they care about you. Highly Recommend!!!

The entire staff here is great. The office is very clean and always welcoming. It’s difficult to find a good dentist and I’m glad I chose this office. They’ve taken great care of me since the very first time coming here.

I really like this office. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. From the ladies at the front desk, the dental assistant, to the dentist. They are accommodating and kind. My appointments are always very quick and efficient.

First time being at this dental location. I am really happy with the service they provided towards myself and my family. I’d highly recommend this location as they’re very transparent and staff is very attentive. Amazing!

Staff was very helpful and kind. The front staff worked very hard when the insurance company could not find my policy. The dentist was friendly and understanding of my anxiety. They were also great with my 8 year old son.

I waited in to be seen for only a minute, my X-ray pictures were taken quickly by Pedro and he’s so nice, you can tell he loves his job. Dr. Maan has been great so far as well.

I come from another smile generation dental office across the country.

I specifically chose smile generation because it was national: all my charts and results are there. There's no reason to do double xrays, consultations, etc. Look at the chart that exists online for me and then pick up where the previous dental hygenist and dentist left off.

Well, I was due for periodontal maintenance and cleaning. I couldn't book at the original office as I was travelling across country. Saw this smile generation location. Booked an appointment online under my chart. They were able to find my insurance information.

No problems.

I walk in,do the check in and wait to be seen. They call me back and want to do...

You guessed it...

All new x-rays!

I told them, "no" this is on file. The office manager was able to find my chart but still said I needed to do the x-rays again because although they had access to my chart they couldn't manipulate the pictures.

I promptly decilined and left.

Poor dentist was apologetic but, what a waste of time. I choose Smile Generation dentists to do AWAY WITH unnecessary x-rays and consultations. Why be forced to do the same things over and over for? The charts are national, use them!

Very dissapointed in Smile Generation and I will just find a Spanish dentist when I get back home.

I bet in Spain there won't be any messing around with x-rays here or there. Can most likely print up the chart on file and move on from there.

Today was a huge waste of my time.

I came in for a checkup and cleaning and found out I had a cavity that needed filling. They were able to get it done during the same visit. All the staff was friendly like always.I also appreciate their punctuality with getting me in at the time I was scheduled for.
