If they didn’t mandate the mask I’d give them 5 stars but I can’t breath with that thing. Other wise dr Torres is awesome very knowledgeable and professional.

Had a dental emergency and when 5 other places didn't bother taking it serious this office got me in the same day. From the moment arrived to the time I left, I was treated very courteously and professional. Great dentist office

Ok so this place has went way over my expectations. When I first walked in the receptionist was already waiting for me and knew who I was. She receive me with a smile and helping me out with some costs.
Then when I walked into the doctors office Layla help me she was super nice and helpful answered all my questions. She waited there with me until I was completely numb.
Done with Dr. Edasdel came in he explained the whole procedure.
I’ve been to very many dentists and he is so professional and explained everything to me.
He had such a soft hand to put that injection for the numbness and I didn’t feel anything and when he went to do the procedure and she was quick and fast and precise at the end a took an x-ray and everything looked good he gave me a prescription for pain and I was on my way in less than an hour. I will be coming back to this place and recommend him to all my friends and family.

I hate giving a negative review of any new business but this dental office is one to avoid. I went here while temporarily at Nellis AFB to get the basic $49 introductory price for X-rays and a cleaning. After the X-rays the dentist informed me that 2 areas needed deep cleaning and I had 2 cracked teeth. The price for cleaning went from $49 to $384. I was still good with that and returned a few days later for the procedure. At the check in counter, the assistant manager informs me, the price is $384 IF I buy their insurance plan, another $111. If I chose not to buy the insurance, the price is now $1,183! Talk about a bait and switch scheme! Are any of the things they said I needed really necessary? I have to question everything they said. I went in there today fully prepared to pay $384 and to schedule the crowns on my supposed cracked teeth, the quoted price was $925 each, I’m sure that’s the price of you buy their insurance policy. What a shame! This place had potential in the community but not with these shady practices.

They only did one side of my mouth with deep cleaning and fillings. I've never had an issue with my teeth until then. Now my filling came out and I have a big whole in my wisdom tooth. I had to have the other one removed because a cyst grew around it.

Staff was friendly however the dentist was using scare tactics to send me to a gum specialist for cancer concerns and she had a intern next to her and he was even saying that it doesn't appear to be a cancerous gum.....went to the specialist and the doc was like you have no signs of cancer in your Gums Thank God but, I see the dentist was inexperienced and just says things to say them. Will not go again.

After sitting in the office for my appointment that was supposed to be at noon, getting called back at 12:25, I asked why I could not just get me free cleaning, and she stated that they would not do it, and they would only do the cleaning that they said I needed, I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months, they thought it was a good idea to change me over to ever 4 months, without telling me that I would have to pay for them. She tried to inform me that they had diagnosed me with periodontal disease, and massive bone loss. Was new to me, as I had never been told about it. Never again, we will be finding a new dentist.

Waste of time and money. Needed teeth cleaned, got the runaround. They'll try to sell you dentures first lol. You won't hear any equipment in use. SCAM!!!!

I’m Fred. My filling on my front tooth came out yesterday. Somewhat desperate and on a business trip, I visited the dental office as a walk in. I informed the receptionist my problem and asked if they could help. I provided my insurance information with verification. An hour and a half later, xrays, and dental consultation-I was informed my insurance was verified. However, the receptionist told me she could not figure out what to charge me🤷🏻♂️ because I was visiting Las Vegas. She informed me, my insurance was out of state and they did not have the right figures🤔. I asked what my out of pocket would be and she told me over $300. In my situation , I offered to pay the cash. She suggested I visit another dental office. I was nice through the entire visit and didn’t voice my frustration. Obviously, there was some type of prejudice with the decision not to provide the dental services. I do not know if it was my Native American heritage, cultural or what. But it was obvious, I was not being considered fairly. Only Dr. Torres can answer the question, Why? One thing is obvious—The needs of the patient is not priority.
