I never in my life went to a dentist at 2pm and don't get seen until 4pm. My son and nephew was sitting in the back for 2hours before work was done! They bounced around doing every one else teeth that came in afterwards. I am so pissed. Dentist himself don't smile& not friendly at all!!!

Had to wait in the chair for the dentist for over an hour and a half. No excuses! Everyone was nice but you can only carry nice so far. I highly recommend you go elsewhere

Please dont go if you dont want to waste your TIME and Money! I waited an 1hour and half before I was seen . And spent $100 for a reeth6 cleansing that I never got. They came in and looked at my teeth took some x Ray's and the dentist left. After 20-30 more minutes of waiting nurse came back in and told me I needed a deep cleaning and would cost me $300 more . I said no i just need regular cleansing that I already paid for and she stated that the dentist would not. After all that didn't get my teeth cleaned and I lost $100 .

I came here for a general cleaning. I feel like they half assed it and rushed me out. The doctor informed me that I needed to get my wisdom teeth removed and they would send a referral to an oral surgeon, after they told me they were done, I walk over to the front desk to get further information about the oral surgeon... the ladies at the front desk told me that I, myself needed to call my own Insurance company to get sent to an oral surgeon and that they “don’t do referrals“.

The Asian dentist was asking my 15 yr old daughter personal and inappropriate questions and when I addressed it, he became very rude and unprofessional. At one point, I thought he was going to hit me. Why Idk because I was never disrespectful in addressing the issue. Always stay next to your children even when asked to step out. You have a right to stay during any procedure that ur child may need or have!

This place takes forever. Women up front talking loudly about personal problems. What should’ve taken an hour took 2. I would never recommend you bring your children here. To bad it’s in the network of my provider but I am willing to pay extra for decent service. Lesson learned. Horrible horrible service and of coarse try to seek you thing you don’t need. Need I say more?

Wow I don’t even know where to start. Just over all really bad doctors. If you appreciate you’re time and money, DO NOT come to this place . Almost 3 months to get my teeth fixed ! And I still did not like them. 👎🏼🤦♂️🤬

This Dental office is awesome !!, staff is very friendly & made sure I understood everything that was going on during my exam and cleaning ! Very clean and neat office, staff has awesome protective gear !

Front office safe is beyond nasty can't wait to have my services completed. Ortho is amazing but unfortunately with office safe answering the phone as if they are home and mannerisms of kids gross seriously

The Dentist and his Receptionist is rude , disrespectful no class for an Dentist. The customer or patient had a brawl outside the office with the receptionist and the dentist just sat back and waved. Not a reliable place of business and they need a New management and receptionists . Children are running this place it's pitiful and pathetic they will hear many more problems. SMFH
