This dental office is a scam…they act nice but try to get you to pay for things you don’t need…I got a second opinion from absolute dental and they said opposite of what they did..follow your gut and get a second opinion when coming here…they are just greedy for money.

I called this dental office on December 13th 2021 to try and schedule appointments for 2 of my children and myself, I was told that I would have to switch my provider over to this specific dental office in order to be seen and to call back once I did so. Following the instructions given I called my insurance company to switch us over and called Icon back where appointments for my 2 children were scheduled (as you can only schedule 2 appointments at a time). The appointments were for December 21st the following week. I received a text later that day or the next day to confirm our appointments. On December 20th I received a call from the office stating my children would be taken off the schedule because they were not assigned to the office. I tried to tell the the receptionist that I had already switched over but she insisted on removing them anyway. I asked her to not remove them yet so that I could confirm that the information was correct. I called my insurance company and was told that we were indeed assigned to the office. My insurance company faxed over the information and the appointments were confirmed again. Today December 21st I went to our appointments and within 5 minutes of being there was told that my son who is 6 could not be seen and need to be switched to another office because he was nervous and shed a tear. He was not histerical nor crying and they didn't even give me a chance to give him a pep talk or anything. There isn't many children who have gone to the dentist for the first time and haven't been nervous. I am extremely upset at the fact that they do not feel the need to make children feel comfortable and and instead just kick them out. My overall experience with this office was very frustrating. If you have young children I do not recommend this place at all.
