The Martinez'
I recently had a crown replaced here. Not only was the temporary crown and minimal pain for under 24 hrs the doctor was well versed in what my options were, reasonably priced and very kind throughout the entire process. The assistant who helped was equally as kind and understanding. I suffered minimal pain (it's to be expected when replacing a crown). The facility is clean and well kept. The front desk receptionists are super helpful, nice and personable. I am new to Reno and have had many frightening experiences at the dentist before. This visit made me like the dentist again and I trust this practice with my teeth for sure. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Great. Everyone was kind, and friendly. Wendy was very professional and also gentle Thank you Wendy. Dr. Erin has a wonderful chair side manner. Since I was not clenching my fists while I was in the chair I came home relaxed and happy. The front office people are so great to communicate with. Going to the dentist at the Brosy office is downright fun!

At the front desk you always be greated by two very nice and personable ladies, Cindy and CJ which do your paperwork and always check you in very quick and nicely. They really care and make you feel valuable and important. All the hygienists are so professional, caring and people person which make unpleasant dental work bearable. Last but not least Dr. Brosy and Dr. Anderson are so knowladgable and experienced and competent. I definitely recommend this dental clinic to everyone who is tired of snobby and improfessional staff and inexperinced dentists.

This is as good as it gets when going to the dentist *cringe*. Dr. Erin is competent, friendly, and really just awesome. The front office crew is efficient, warm, and inviting. The text appointment reminders and email quotes. Above all they are punctual, there's nothing worse than wasting your day waiting on an appointment. If you can't tell, I highly recommend them.

Every time I go to Dr. Brosy's office, I leave loving it more after each visit. The staff there is phenomenal. This visit, I had my 3 year old with me and while I was getting my teeth cleaned (to show him how easy it is), the hygienist was entertaining him by letting him "help" clean my teeth. When it was his turn in the chair, he did great and was so comfortable.
