Dr. Larry Frugoli is an efficient experienced professional with an equally qualified and friendly staff. Also has a great sense of humor that keeps everyone at ease.

The welcoming ” cowboy” atmosphere in the office adds to total experience.

Best dentist in northern Nevada.

This is the BEST dental office I have ever been too. Our family has been going there for almost 15 years. Dr. Fugoli is kind and funny.... but more importantly a GREAT dental artist! The staff treats you like family. They don’t have rock bottom prices, but they are fair... also, they don’t pile on BS charges for things you don’t actually need done (like other local dentists I have encountered).
I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Dr. Frugoli has been my dentist for 24yrs! They take great care of me and my family! Thank you for making us feel like we are apart of the Family! Dr. Frugoli is Awesome and so is the Staff!

TLDR; first time in gave me to a obviously new dentist. Second time in they gave me someone who cared. Tooth still fell off. Old practice using old tech. Disappointing.

I had cracked my fake tooth and rushed to try to find a dentist as I am searching for a primary dentist. I was just calling trying to squeeze in anywhere.

I noticed the years of expierence etc etc thought great they will know what they are doing.

Very wrong. My cracked tooth looked better than the temp they put in. They put minimal effort into shaping the tooth to match and pawned me off on someone with minimal expierence. (She was asking questions and being supervised while working.) Then the tooth popped out while I was sleeping the same night.

They get me in within 30 minutes of me waking up that's great. This time they took their time actually shaping the tooth to my mouth. Even the second dentist questioned the previous 'dentists' work. (Literally asked me if I knew what she put on the tongue side of my temp tooth.) So the second dentist kind fixed the botched first 'dentist's attempt which I guess is okay.

Now I'm almost 1 week into having this temp tooth (waiting for insurance to clear or not.) And it popped of while eating a pb&j. At this point I'm done with them I went to Walmart and bought dental cement and put the temp tooth back in myself while I search for a better dentist.

Coughlin Crossing Dentistry is amazing and what every dental office should be like! The front desk staff has always been welcoming and is prompt to take care of any question or need I have had. From the hygienists to the doctors themselves, everyone is friendly and puts patients needs and wants first. The staff seems to enjoy working there! They are always laughing and having fun. I have never been forced to tolerate pain during any procedure. I have never dreaded the idea of my next dental appointment with CCD. I always know what I am getting myself into and what it will cost. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This is the second time I have gone to this dentist for a teeth cleaning. They are professional while being personable and caring at the same time.

The wait time for my appointment was not to long. The staff who schedules you and collects payment are courteous, error free and efficient.

I have to return to have a filling replaced. So 4 stars at this time. I hope the filling procedure goes good with minimal pain. If so, they would achieve 5 stars.

Earlier this year I had three crowns applied to lower jaw teeth by Dr. Reviglio. She is absolutely excellent with respect to her skills and approach towards her patients. She is very easy going, respectful of her assistants and enjoys humor as does the staff in general which kept me even more relaxed. While spending an enormous amount of time laying in the chair watching HGTV I thought to myself that Dr. Reviglio could be a dentist for all ages. Her considerate, kind and patient approach would in my opinion work well with children. Just something to think about if you have youngsters ready to make that first visit. She takes time to answer questions, explain what she's doing and why. Can't beat the overall service and experience.

I have been a patient of Dr Larry Frugoli for over 30 years and my wife has been a patient for almost that long also. We are both very satisfied with his work and when we have an emergency he always sees us as soon as possible. The hygienists are good at their jobs and very professional. The office staff are friendly and nice to work with. We would highly recommend Caughlin Crossing Dentists.
