The best experience I've ever had at a dental office. The staff was great and very friendly. They looked up my insurance benefits before my appointment, so there would be no surprises!

Took my 3 year old daughter here for her 1st appointment to see Dr.k... It went great, but first appointments are basically just meeting the dentist, brushing/counting teeth and getting familiar.
The dentist gave me a treatment plan for her that consisted of my daughter having 4 fillings.
My daughter's 2nd dentist appointment ever was an absolute disaster. I asked Dr. K if she would be in pain and she told me if she gets uncomfortable she would stop and give her gas.
About 5 minutes in my daughter was screaming in pain and when I asked about the gas Dr. K said it would be pointless and continued to pry her mouth open shoving tools in her mouth while she screamed with tears running down her face. The dental assistant pinned her arms down while Dr. K continued to shove things into my daughter's mouth.
Abruptly finishing she pushed my daughter away and said out loud that's it I'm done with her. I quickly grabbed my distraught daughter from the chair and walked out to reception with tears running down my face... Dr. K came out without even looking in our direction and told the receptionist that she wanted to see us back for the next one. I had to interrupt her and tell her we were never coming back and that's when the Dr realized how upset my daughter was and how upset I was... It wasn't until that point that she actually asked if everything was ok. I was shocked at how oblivious she was, as if it was another day, like this was regular practice for her... Having kids leave her office with tears streaming down their faces.
Please rethink bringing your kids here, I had no pediatric dentists threw my insurance and after checking out all the wonderful reviews thought this was my best option.
This appointment was in February and I waited to write this review to make sure that I wasn't writing it out of anger because that's how I felt when leaving her office along with sadness for my daughter and irritation at myself for not stopping the appointment sooner.
I have since switched to a pediatric dentist, it was so stressful getting my daughter to have the courage to walk into another office... But she did and thanks to Dr. Gray at Sierra kids dentistry for completely restoring my daughter's faith in the dentist. He and his practice are absolutely amazing and I can't say enough good things. He assessed my daughter and despite the 4 fillings Dr. K said my daughter needed Dr. Gray only saw 1... I'm so glad that I can count on them to take care of my kiddos from here on out!

Floss Botique really should have the words Day Spa after it. Not only is it the cutest bungalow that you have ever seen...but you are treated with a hand wax or a
warmed neck pillow as well.
Referred to me by my son, Dr. K is a highly skilled modern technology dentist. She is gentle and I recommend her to everyone in your family. When you are done with your appointmet... there really isn't any pain at all. And her staff is very professional too!

At the recommendation of several of my friends, I took my 3 year old daughter to Floss for her very first dental appointment. If I hadn't known better, I would have thought I walked into a spa. The place smelled great and had a luxury vibe. Definitely better that your usual stale, beige on beige office.
My daughter was really nervous about the dentist appointment, mostly not knowing what to expect. We had hyped it up pretty good. And Floss won my kiddo over. They had a princess tiara sitting on her exam chair , which immediately got my daughter in a good mood. Princesses being her favorite thing right now. The technician had her hop on the chair and set her up with noise cancelling headphones, tiara and sunglasses. She was totally rigged out. She then swung down this very fancy tv from the cieling, opened Netflix and asked her what she wanted to watch. She chose "Mothergoose Club" and laid back for the rest of the appointment in good spirits. There were a couple moments where my girl was a little unsure what was going on and would look at Dr K panic'd. Dr K would check in, with a "You're doing really great." And she would settle back into her show.
Dr K gave us a "You're doing really great mom and dad! No Cavities and barely any plaque!" I just about fell over with pride. Yes! Finally a parenting win. She also educated us on the common pitfalls for child mouth care.
At the end of the exam my daughter was able to pick two toys out of the "treasure chest" and grabbed a cookie on her way out. To her it was the greatest day.
