Dr. Folgner, his assistants, and especially Heather at the front desk are all wonderful! They all greet you by name, they all explain what’s going on and they run very efficiently and on time.
Dr. Folgner did an incredible job repairing a chip on my front tooth, it is absolutely perfect and flawless. Highly recommend Dr. Folgner and his team!

Is it strange to enjoy visits to one’s dentist’s office? Perhaps, but I always love visiting with Hannah for my teeth cleaning. Dr Brady and his staff are all absolutely wonderful.

New to the practice. EVERYONE warm, welcoming, friendly, and efficient. Dr. Brady is an awesome dentist. His friendly approach helped ease my anxiety. I highly recommend this practice, and dentist. Happy smile 😁

I love Dr. Folgner and his staff! They have always been great getting me in immediately with dental emergencies. Dr. Folgner and his staff are thorough, professional and gentle. I am so grateful for this kind of treatment as a patient and I would highly recommend to others!

The office staff was nice but once I got back to the chair I felt more like a number then a person. I felt very unheard by the dentist and he was too busy to listen to my concerns. I had mentioned that I get very anxious with dentist from previous experiences. This one hasn’t helped me feel any better. I probably won’t be back for any further dental procedures.

Dr. Brady and team were absolutely GREAT! I was referred to him for an emergency visit today. I was seen within the hour and was taken care of. Wonderful atmosphere in the office! I would recommend them!

Dr. Neugebauer was able to get me in the next day when I called because I was experiencing tooth pain. Using several different techniques, x-rays and photos, he was able to determine the cause. Then he gave me two options of dealing with the problem of a small crack in a tooth. He was supportive of my decision. Thank Dr. Brady Neugebauer!

I have been avoiding the dentist for years because it gives me so much anxiety. The the sound of the drill, the tools scraping on my teeth, the cold water and not to mention the shaming I normally get. I had a couple teeth that broke and I just delt with it for over a year until I couldn't anymore. I had a tooth that was pulsating with sharp pain, my heart would beat fast, and I would start getting hot and it was becoming unbearable. So I looked up dentists for emergency work to get it pulled. I found one that took my insurance, had good reviews and was nearby. I was a nervous wreck but I wanted to get something started for the neglect I gave my teeth . It's already embarrassing and I shame myself for what I did. The dentist I went to wasn't a fit to say the least and honestly I don't remember the last time someone treated me so harshly and on top of that I was quoted an insane amount with my insurance(which I know some offices plan for the worst). After all that I went home still in pain. It was another horrible experience which made it harder to go back to another dentist. We went home and my husband called a dentist he went to before which was Dr. Neugebauer at Dental Associates. Trish at the desk then called me right away, got my information, gave me estimates (which was a HUGE difference to what I was quoted to at the other office) and made an appointment for the next day. She was so kind, helpful and understanding. The next day when I went to the appointment it was even better. The dental hygienist was very nice and personable and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Neugebauer then came in to look over the x-rays and he started addressing my teeth within 5 minutes. He didnt shame me, he didnt try to break me down and instead he was encouraging, efficient, kind, calm and easy to talk to about the issues with my teeth. I am so happy and grateful trish called me yesterday and brought me to this office so can start my dental plan with them. This was my first great experience at a dentist office so if you feel ashamed and scared to address the problems in your mouth, this is the team for you. Above all I thank all of you for the kindness you showed me today. It means so much.

Great! Awesome! The staff is the best! Dr. McElroy is great. I had the most thorough exam I've ever had. Wendy is so awesome.

On my first visit I was greeted like a friend and treated with respect. My tooth was repaired efficiently, and with no pain! I look forward to my next visit!!
