Today I had my exam and teeth cleaning done at the Silver Lake Dental Care office with Dr. Lee. It was my first time at this office, prior coming to this office, I saw the yelp reviews before deciding to try this office. And so, after I made an appointment with them, I had been looking forward to this day. They didn't disappoint me, I am very satisfied! Front desk Vanessa is nice, she checked me in and then the dental assistant walked me in and took some x-rays. Most of the people hate taking dental x-rays including me. Their dental assistant is really considerate and make it the minimal painful X-ray experience for me. Dr. Lee is very helpful, she explained everything to me in detail, she has the nice aura around her that makes you feel comfortable. She is well knowledge and professional, I would say she is the best dentist I have ever encounter in my life! I had teeth cleaning done and it was like a spa experience very relaxing and comfortable. I am very happy with today's visit, the service is excellent and the staffs are nice. Dr. Lee is a gem, I am grateful I found her. She is a honest dentist and she is not like other dentist that order work that I don't need. Also, she cares about my teeth and her suggestions are valuable. I will have all my dental work to be done at this office. I highly recommend Silver Lake Dental Care, A+++++!

This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentists office. Dr. Lee was so gentle and thorough and her staff was absolutely lovely as well. I needed some referrals to other offices and I had those within days along with letters she wrote to the two other offices explaining everything in detail. At the end of my appointment I left knowing I am in good hands. I am so grateful to have found this office.

I’ve never been disappointed when receiving care from this office. Dr.Lee and Melissa were so amazing during my appointment. Making me feel calm as possible. The other assistants in office are so helpful and welcoming. 10/10 recommend.

Great office with great emphasis on client comfort. Dr. Lee and my hygienist Michelle were very detail-oriented and made great suggestions for my dental care at home. I felt handled gently on my routine visit and teeth cleaning. All staff were very pleasant to work with and caring. This will be our new dentist for the whole family. Very pleasant to see the horses in the neighboring corral and the marmots playing outside my exam room window.

Why just 4 stars? I don't hardly give anyone 5, that's all. And maybe hours of availability are a little funky but I'll live with that. Highly recommend

I have been coming here for some time now and still have no complaints. Dr. Lee is amazing she not only does a fine job but she also cares for you as an individual. If there is a problem she wants to help you get the best out of you. Her staff is super and all friendly! I truly love coming here and look forward to having Dr. Lee as long as I can as my dental doctor.

I checked reviews on the internet to choose a dentist. This office had very good ones so I decided to go with them.
I just had my first appointment and so far so good.
They are super nice at the front desk and Dr. Lee did a thorough exam and went above and beyond explaining everything to me. Very happy with my election.

Dr. Lee understands what it’s like to have anxiety at the dentist. Her office does everything they can to make you feel comfortable. The exam rooms have windows you can see outside and really helps you relax. Thank you everyone at Silverlake Dental.

I am so happy to have stumbled into Dr. Lee's office. Last year my husband was having terrible tooth pain the Sunday after Thanksgiving and I googled and found Silverlake Dental open on a Sunday. It was 9 months later before I established myself there as a patient and I'm so glad that I did.

Dr. Lee is compassionate, caring, and comprehensive. She isn't just interested in fixing the problem but rather get to the heart of what caused the problem. For me, I had 2 cracked teeth adjacent to and above a former tooth, now implant and crown. Prior to setting the permanent crowns, Dr. Lee recommended that I see an orthodontist to see if there was something with my bite that was causing me to crack my teeth. I also saw an oral surgeon because my existing crown had mobility and lastly I saw a TMJ specialist.

While for many, this may seem like a lot, I appreciated the thorough approach to my treatment and the collaborative knowledge to address my underlying issue. I am still in treatment but am confident that my issues will be resolved soon.

Dr. Lee explains things thoroughly and in a manner that is easy to understand. She takes her time and you don't feel rushed. Her staff Jenny and Sam are awesome too.

I highly recommend Dr. Lee if you are looking for a great dentist that cares.

I had my first dentist appointment here after a couple of years without regular dental care. The receptionist Vanessa was super nice and helpful, and Dr.Lee and her hygienist (whose name I forget) were really thorough, professional and kind. It turns out I need some work beyond the regular cleaning, which Dr.Lee explained to me in detail. She showed me pictures of the problem areas and explained the cost, why it needed to be done, and answered all my questions. I’ve always been skeptical and a little fearful of dental work, but I feel very confident in trusting her judgement. She didn’t push me to do anything the same day, and Vanessa helped inform me about dental insurance and the cost of the procedure. I was also very impressed by the modern approach they take- from a hand held X-ray camera (less radiation) to only using zirconium crowns (which are stronger than porcelain and fairly new technology). Glad to have found Dr.Lee!

My first dental experience in Nevada was with Dr. Hyuni Lee of Silverlake Dental Care which I chose from my extensive researches on practicing dentists in Reno, Nevada. The staff were friendly and waiting time is not a problem. I have anxiety on dental extraction from a previous experience with another dentist but Dr. Lee’s information and explanation on necessity of extraction and steps to be done calmed me and built confidence in Dr. Lee. In the process of extraction, she kept me aware of what she was doing which caused me to be comfortable to the extent that I did not feel the tooth extraction. It was an awesome experience! I like the great service with the excellent care, competency, respect for patient, integrity, and skill from Dr. Lee and staff at Silverlake Dental Care.
