DR. Sims and his staff are amazing! DR.Sims (Steve) is funny and has patience and great bed side manners. Steve has had to fix many of my teeth from previous malpractice dental work. He is affordable and also works on some weekends for those that have a hectic schedule like me. I have had to cancel many appointments due to my employment and they still get me in quickly when needed.

Having had a very bad experience with a well known dental practice, I sought out to find a new dentist. I found Dr Sims online, as being fairly new to Reno, all I could do is read reviews and go from there. That’s why I’m writing this , (my first review) I’ve been a patient for about 18 month now, I have my teeth cleaned every 4 months with ( Lon) always a good experience. Iv’e had 1 filling, absolutely no pain. (I’m a big needle chicken.) So if you are looking for a kind, caring and honest dental practice, congratulations, you’ve found it!

This was the absolute best dentist visit I’ve ever had. The staff and the dentist are extremely kind and quite funny. They were gentle and patient as I was a little nervous and in pain. I would 100% recommend this Dennis office to everyone. I left there with a smile.

Incredible experience every single time! I have a bit of anxiety when it comes to visiting the dentist but Dr Sims and his team are so welcoming, friendly and professional that I never miss an appointment and even look forward to it. My wife had a toothache, and couldn't find a single dentist who could take her before mid December. Found Dr. Sims number and they were able to see her 20 minutes later. All the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Sims was real pro. Though he couldn't help her directly he referred her to an oral surgeon who wasn't willing to help because of an "in network" priblem, and Sims staff helped us by faxing xrays and talkkng to other dental offices to help get her fixed up.

I am baffled. No one in my office is aware of speaking to an unhappy vet in the last several days...This is Steve Sims (the dentist). I am a long-time member of Adopt-A-Vet, a Nevada support group for vets. Thru them and my own program, I've donated over $3500 in free dentistry just in this year. Many many thousands in the 30+ years that I have been in practice. Additionally, I have either discounted or freely given over $130,00 to all the groups that I support, just in this year. I think that you have the wrong office?!
