Took weeks to get calls back let alone speak to anyone. Once I did get a hold of someone, I was told that they would be unable to complete the required treatments (a cleaning and a crown) in one day "because it's too hard for them". My original appointment was also supposed to be for a cleaning as well but all they did was take x-rays and tell me I had to come back. It's just a scam to overbill you and your insurance company and waste time.
