From check in to check out, everyone is always pleasant, warm, and compassionate. My hygienists are fun and kind, and each of the doctors I’ve met have been wonderful. I’ve recently started seeing Dr. Lee, who is delightful. Today, she was sympathetic to the angst I had about my filling and created a comforting and comfortable experience. So grateful to have these guys.

Relatively new patient. My "old" dentist retired... been going to him for 35 years, so transitioning to a new dental practice was a bit stressful. Had heard good things about JD Howard Dental, LLC and they are just down the street from our house. Have been in 10 times for everything from cleaning to crowns and have been totally satisfied with the care, professionalism, and friendliness of the staff. They made the switch smooth and enjoyable and I highly recommend them. For your dental care, I don't believe you could do any better. Feel pretty much the same after going on 5 years as a patient...the only downside, as it is with all things medical or dental is the cost of everything is going up significantly.

I can't say I'll ever LOOK FORWARD to going to the dentist, but I know at this office they will understand my extreme fear and while they won't sugarcoat things, they will treat me with respect and kindness.

Requested a dentist in the practice I had seen previously in contrast to several prior visits where a new dentist seemed assigned at random to see me. Having practiced as a medical oncologist for 30+ years and knowing the value of continuity of care, I insisted on seeing a dentist of my choosing. Care continuity should be the default way a dental practice is run!

Even with all the COVID stuff my experience has always been stellar and seamless here. I’ve never felt safer anywhere. Today I had the privilege of having a dentist do my cleaning. It was good to know they step up to the plate in a pinch and alway remain professional. If you’re a dental wimp this is the place to be because they offer sedation. Dental phobics need not worry here and I love them for that.

Cancelled appointments with out notification. Zero help getting anything sooner. “We will put you on a list”. I’ve been on the list for 6 months. I’ve had 3 appointments cancelled on me and my daughter with absolutely no help. I found out by calling in the day of my appointment today it was canceled. Their error but no accountability. I’m sure if it was for an expensive procedure I’d be scheduled in no time, but apparently cleanings are at the bottom of the priority list.
Dental staff is fantastic, if you can ever get in to see them.
But overall Such a headache, I do not recommend
